I am thrilled with Southshore Family Dentistry. Originally went to Valpo Family Dentistry and (almost) left incredibly frustrated as we weren't called back until 40 minutes after my appointment time, nothing was done, and that poor front desk clerk at VFD was so swamped I stood at the desk for 10 minutes before she was able to catch up. Colleen talked me down and convinced me to give the CP office a chance. All I have to say is they gained my entire family. Thank you so much!!

Well dont cancel out your appointment I did a couple times for teeth cleaning and they banned me from coming here but its cool tryed to make appointment and said I could never come back

Rude staff that do not care about what a patient has to say. If they ask you if something is wrong and you say you're uncomfortable they get an attitude and act like you are an inconvenience to them now and then they will talk about how you "whined" about having your teeth cleaned on the paper the doctor reads what a joke. I've had my teeth cleaned as long as I can remember I know what a teeth cleaning should feel like and what It shouldn't, I included a picture of what they will write about you as well

the lady at the front desk refuses to answer calls which are most likely important for the business and she has a horrible attitude also! U should consider replacing her I’ve been sitting in this waiting room listening to the phone ring for about 10 mins now. She is blond with very short hair and glasses. Update: now she’s taking the phone, answering it, and then immediately hanging up to stop the ringing.

The absolute worst place to go. The staff is highly unprofessional. Didn't even follow through with my orao surgery because of the rudeness of the staff. Don't waste your time.
