I was scheduled to come in to have a cavity filled. I received a voice mail from the office requesting to move the appt to 10am. I called the office back to state that 10am was fine and requested they call back to confirm that it was in fact at 10am. I never received a call but continued to receive emails that the appointment was at 9am. The day before someone called to confirm the appt at 9am. I said it was moved to 10, per their request. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and to come in at 9am. When I arrived for the appt I was given the numbing gel and the doctor then injected the other numbing agent and it was very painful. Instead of then giving me the full dose she said she only gave me half. She began working on my teeth but then I was feeling it so she continued to have to give me more of the numbing agent (2 more times). I don't understand why she didn't just give the full dose to begin with. Then the dental assistant put the filling in and then just walked away without saying anything. The doctor came in to check on things and said "You're done" and walked away. I wasn't sure if I should leave or check out or if the dental assistant was coming back in. So I went to the front desk and paid. I was never notified prior to the work as to what I would be expected to pay so I was a little shocked with the payment amount.

Very short wait, hygienist got all the stain off, which was a lot since I drink a lot of iced tea, and it had been a while since I had had a teeth cleaning.
Another visit, ditto the above comments, plus I was alerted about a possible future problem on a tooth with an 20+ year old crown and root canal. Dentist told me what to look out for so I can be seen before it becomes infected and a huge, dangerous problem.
4/26/22 Another visit for a painful, possibly infected gum which may have had a piece of popcorn stuck between the gum and tooth at some point. Dr. Alex didn't find anything, but scaled that tooth, irrigated, and squirted

Great Customer service! Was able to be worked in on short notice to repair a broken front tooth! I was in and out of the office in less than an hour and my dental work looks great!!
