I've never had to fill out a form at sign in that they may charge more than insurance will pay. And boy was that right. Had 5 cavities filled here and paid a lot after insurance, 1 filling chipped within a year and they warrantied, 1 lost seal 1.5years later and I paid my new dentist. I was told I needed deep cleaning due to bone loss and they wouldn't do regular cleaning, which does seem valid. Was told I needed more fillings. Went to another dentist, they laughed when I showed the paperwork on what teeth needed filled. They said I had a little issue, but no big deal with gums. 2.5years later, no cavities needed filled, no gum issues. Also couldn't get my new XRays from here in any worthwhile format to take to another dentist.

Professional, clean, friendly and conscientious of the pandemic. I waited outside, they came out and took my temp, asked several Covid related questions and then allowed me in to the office. Highly recommend Smile Dentistry.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful office. I have seen both Dr. Jones as well as Dr. Bacon and the service I received was top notch. They are fantastic with my children and the front desk staff always greets us with a smile. Ashley, the Office Manager, makes sure we are well aware of our benefit coverage and we know exactly what to expect. Great place hands down.

Dr Bacon is a great Dentist with a fantastic Staff. They spend the time listening to understand your real needs. Grateful I found them.

I had a great experience at Simply Smile. I went in for a routine cleaning like I do every six months, but it was my first time with Dr. Jones. Everyone I encountered in the office was very polite and kind. I showed up a little early to fill out my paperwork and they were ready for me as soon as I was finished and took me right back. After looking at x-rays, I needed one filling and then had a previous filling that was chipped. Dr. Jones showed me the x-rays, explained everything, and offered me the option of fixing the chipped filling since it could cause issues down the road, but didn't necessarily need to be fixed immediately. I really appreciated this because I'm always worried about getting unnecessary work/services done. I was then presented with the estimated costs upfront. They also had time to fit in my fillings right away so that I didn't have to schedule an additional appointment!

Overall I had a great experience. I thought everyone was trustworthy and friendly and the filling procedure went well, too. I will recommend Dr. Jones to my friends!

The doctor was a gem of a person - very capable, and competent. He was also extremely knowledgeable and respectful. They were very upfront about the cost and clearly explained everything. Would highly recommend.

One of the most uniformed employees I have ever dealt with in the medical field. In January they told me they couldn't provide my dental work until 6 months into my insurance. So fast forward today when I show up 6 months later I block off 2 hours of my day to show up and them tell me I can't get it done for 365 days!!! Why I wasn't connected prior to me showing up is unacceptable! They said they left me 2 voicemails but I don't even have a voicemail set up!!! No missed calls from them! Just like after lie! Even told me my insurance changed it's policy which is 1000% illegal and not true. They refused to do a basic cleaning on my teeth and was told it was all or nothing. They should be ashamed of the bait and switch practices they do. Will never ever be back!!!!! Stay far far far away!!!!

I received a new smile and was treated with compassion and kindness! My doctor was extremely patient and understanding! Highly recommend this group!

Have been with Dr Bacon since 2004 and have always been happy with him and his choice of staff and office manager Rachel! I highly recommend and appreciate he does not try to sell you more dental services than you need and is always gentle and kind!
