I had a very great experience at Smile. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and great at what they do. I will keep going back!

I walked out of their office after waiting for 50 minutes being so nervous about the 4 fillings they were supposed to replace with resin -- the problem was that they wanted to replace the 3 that weren't causing me any discomfort or pain, while I had another 2-3 on opposite side that were. I asked why they were going ahead with these 4 first? And the consent form I signed actually says root canal or other procedures may be required -- that's something my insurance doesn't cover, I believe. So I was also concerned about that. I was made to sit wait and wait for the dentist. I became visibly annoyed, and their assistant just asked me if I wanted to reschedule. No "I'm so sorry -- the doctor is busy with other patient and he will be with you in a minute", and this was the second time I was asked if I wanted to reschedule in my few visits. I realized that was my limit -- minimal discussion of treatment plan with me prior to appointment and seemingly frequent wait times. I walked out.

Love Smile Dentistry. Dr Bacon is very personable, attentive, and does great work.

Simply Smile provides great service. Within the past 3 weeks I have had 2 chipped teeth. Simply Smile repaired each one on the same day the damage occurred. When they replaced my old fillings and filled recent cavities all the work was done in one visit. Great model of modern dentistry as it should be practiced.

Simply Smile is the best dental clinic around! So lucky to meet Dr. Bacon and Laura! Laura was my dental hygienist and helped me with deep cleaning. She is thorough and attentive to my questions/concerns. She is also so personable and genuine that I enjoy seeing and chatting on my every visit. Laura is just AMAZING!

Ashley at the front desk and other staffs were friendly, efficient, and happy to help. My husband and I always have a great experience there and plan to stay with this office for years to come!

I worked with Dr. Jones multiple times and spent over 2000 dollars to fix my teeth and after a my last surgery, I wanted to know if there is any other tooth need to be fixed and the answer was, Dr says we will do it whenever you come back for cleaning and I said I did teeth cleaning 5 months ago and they said it should be done every six months!!!!!
After contacting my insurance ,I found out that they charged me an extra $200.
I also called two times to get a copy of my treatment plan which I had lost and they never emailed it to me.
These people are not educated and professional , I call them scammers.

Forgot to add, they have been begging me to remove my wisdom teeth for the last three years!!!

The doctor dentist was very nice and answered the questions I had about radiation for x-rays. Showed me pics of what I needed and gave me a good review on my teeth.

Great visit, got me in last minute. Everything was top notch. I found my favorite hygienist, very thorough and pain free!

After getting my X-rays at Simply Smile, the assistant told me that it looks like I might have 2 cavities. When the dentist came in, he told me that I actually had around 12 cavities. I had no pain in any of my teeth, and I floss every day. I decided to get a second opinion through my family's dentist, who has been taking care of us for over 25 years. Turns out I don't need a single filling. I wish I could give this less than 1 star.

I never write reviews for places, but this experience was so incredibly offputting that I felt it was my duty to warn others.

I was looking forward to going to this office after a long bout of procrastination. It took me a month to get a hold of anyone (I left messages, never to have them returned) and THEN when I got ahold of someone, they put me on hold 4 times and let it ring until it went to a messaging machine or just plain hung up on me. (The last woman I spoke to definitely hung up on me.)

I decided I didn't want to feel like a fool any longer and looked elsewhere for a dentist and am now a customer of Advanced Family Dentistry. They answered the phone promptly, we're rude at all and made me feel comfortable and listened to.

I will tell everyone I know not to go to "Simply Smile" because they simply suck.
