Had my first appointment today at Vita Dental and it went very well. All the staff was very kind and considerate making the appointment a comfortable experience. With all the pandemic concerns in the world, Vita seems to have put a lot of thought into screening patients before entering their facility and keeping them socially distant. Valerie Eibling, DDS was very informative on an issue I’ve had for years that other dentists didn’t notice or didn’t know much about.

My husband & I were at a very popular office for years but after he continued to have issues with adjacent "teeth" once work was done in one single tooth, 2 implants later and possibly third implant needed and thousands of $ later, we said enough, made no sense healthy teeth were having issues after Dr worked on the adjacent tooth. So long story short, we said no more male dentists and too busy offices and searched for a female Dr near us and Vita Dental came up.
I'm SO happy I visited Vita dental! We had specific requirements since not the first time switching offices, especially because of the Pandemic:
1.- We wanted a female Dr= check
2.- We wanted an office where staff is masked= check (front staff is masked and they have hand sanitizer available for clients)
3.- Office to be friendly= check. And more than friendly, they had a refrigerator with bottled water and told me where it was and during my whole visit, staff was asking me if I needed anything or water.
4.- Gentle service= check. All 3 ladies I encountered, Jessica (Dental Assistant, X-rays) Shelby (Hygienist) and Dr Rambert had "nun's hands"
5.- Equipment= check Top notch! Since I was a new patient, I got individual x-rays, full mouth x-ray, 3-D photos (super cool, never seen that in an office) and real HD photos with a professional camera (never seen that in an office). My teeth were paparazzied in the best possible way!
6.- Services= check. You can get everything done at the office! From cleaning, fillings, root canal and cosmetic repair (Invisalign, Zoom whitening, Veneers, Implants)
7.- Keeping me informed= check. All 3 ladies mentioned above, told me exactly what they were going to do, what will happen and any discomfort I experience later (I got filling re-done, no cavity related). Not new to dentists but I really appreciate the clear and open feedback for everything

Dr Eibling and her staff are the best I've ever been to for all my dental needs in over 30 years!! Unfortunately, I have had several bad experiences in the past with different dentist in different states over the years, and developed alot of anxiety and fear of dentist until I met Dr. Eibling and her staff. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed just from my first consultation visit. Dr. Eibling is not only very knowledgeable, conscientious, gentle and wants to truly do a perfect job, she is compassionate and patient. I am so happy that I have finally found my forever dentist!!!

I traveled from Oakland to Indianapolis and decided to drop in for a cleaning, x-ray and exam. All paperwork was sent to me via email and I was able to walk right in with no waiting to sign documnts or discuss health history. My hygenist was extremely thorough and take great care with my teech and gums. Dr. Rampart was also extremely thorogh in outlinng additional work I will need and setting a schedule for future cleanings. I am extremely satisfied with my level of serivice and would recommend this location to anyone looking for professional dental services in a clean, and hygenic environment.

I went in for a regular cleaning and exam a couple of months ago and had one of the best dentist experiences I've ever had. Definitely a closer knit environment than some of the chain companies you might have gone to before. They got me right in, Lisa had my insurance already entered by the time I arrived and it was very quick and no stress. Dr. Eibling even followed up with me the evening of my appointment about some of the topics we discussed. I would definitely recommend this office if you live in the area!

My first experience at Vita Dental was a great one. My appointment was for a permanent filling after a root canal and also a cleaning. The entire staff was so caring and the procedures were performed very efficiently. The cost was also reasonable. I am so pleased with the entire experience and will not hesitate to recommend Vita Dental.

I went today, 12/3/2020, for a general checkup. and WOW! I have NEVER had such a fun and pain-free experience at the DENTIST! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. In fact it was fun! My dentist was Valerie Eibling and the 2 dental assistants were Brittney and Maddy. The staff was all super friendly and calm. Checkin was swift and easy.. I got to choose the music during my appointment and we shared lots of laughs and it just felt like I had known these girls forever! The visit was not too long and I was able to get a cleaning done right away! Unlike some places which will tell you that you need a deep cleaning and have 12 cavities and try and get every penny out of you. This place was very different! I got x-rays done, a thorough cleaning, education on teeth, jaw and gum health, a plan for the work I need done and an estimate done all in under 3 hours. It would have been a shorter visit but I had a ton of plaque build up and we were having a fun time talking and getting to know each other. Overall for not have been to the dentist in well over a decade this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any medical office. PERIOD. I've already recommended this place to my friends and fam! Great job ladies!!!

All around excellent, Dr. Eibling and her team have done great work on my teeth, from simple cleaning to fixing a major cavity that required reconstructing half of a pre-molar (with zero pain). They also offer top notch customer service and have been very flexible with scheduling. Highly recommended.
