I would rate Landmark 5 stars if it was solely based on customer service, but unfortunately there are several other factors to consider. Dr. Horton opined I needed multiple fillings and a periodontal cleaning which would cost me approximately $800 (WITH insurance). I sought a second opinion from a well-respected dentist in Louisville who strongly disagreed with Dr. Horton's findings. I was advised I didn't need ANY fillings nor did I need a periodontal cleaning, but only sufficient home care and a routine cleaning with a follow-up, which would cost me $100 per cleaning (WITHOUT insurance). The new dentist mentioned several times that it bothered him that they recommended fillings and periodontal cleaning as both an exam and x-rays did not indicate I needed either. Needless to say I won't be returning to Landmark. Their findings are excessive and prices are unreasonable.
