Landmark Dental Care

First time going here. I was really surprised as to how amazing the staff are with people. They are very knowledgeable about what solutions there are for every tooth problem. I will be coming back for sure. I was taken care of and only wish I could have stayed longer.

Let me first say that I have never made a Google review anywhere, but felt so strongly about my experience that I had to share. I had been going to Landmark Dental for years so it's disappointing to write this review. I've had a few negative experiences there, but I'll just share two.
I had a permanent crown fail that was initially done at Landmark Dental. I went to get the crown fixed and they wanted to charge the full amount of doing a crown. I complained that a permanent crown should be permanent and shouldn't fail, especially for the price I had to pay for this work initially. I voiced my frustration that I had to pay anything to get this fixed since it was a permanent crown. Dr. Young agreed to fix it at a reduced rate. I reluctantly agreed to pay the reduced rate which I was required to pay up front before any work was performed. Many months later I began receiving bills in the mail in excess of $500 after I paid what we had agreed upon! Now they've sent this bill to collections!

This wasn't the only negative experience I had. Another instance I had a tooth aching really bad. I was in excruciating pain and I went to see Dr. Young. He gave me many shots of pain reliever as he worked on the painful tooth. I left the office thankful I was finally out of pain. (This happened to be on a weekend so I was appreciative that Dr. Young met me in his office). Hours later the pain was back and worse than ever. I couldn't get back in to see the dentist since it was the weekend and I was in the most excruciating pain I had ever experienced. I was able to get ahold of a great Endodontist who was able to see me first thing Monday morning. He found out immediately that I had a different tooth that was causing the pain and he fixed my pain immediately. It's disappointing to think that I had to go to an Endodontist to get this figured out and a "Dentist" couldn't figure out what was happening. The pain I suffered through that weekend could have been avoided. Some of the worst pain I've ever felt to be honest.

I would never recommend someone to this dentists office. Dealing with the pain of poor service was one thing, and now trying to dishonestly charge me more money is the final straw.

Do not give them your business. They tried to change me for work I did not need. It was thousands of dollars. I never did get it done and I stayed away from the dentist for a few years. Just went to a new dentist office a few weeks ago and today for a follow up check visit. They said my teeth look great and they found nothing wrong with them. Landmark Dentist are ripping people off!!!’n same on them!!!!!

Professional and friendly, I highly recommend Dr. Young and his team at Landmark to any and all looking to improve or maintain their smile.

Just moved back to Indiana and needed to find a dentist. Dr. Young and his staff were awesome. The office was so friendly and they did a great job establishing us as new patients. I highly recommend them. I look forward to many years of having a great smile with them.

Dr. Young is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. Everyone is very professional and give the feeling that they love what they do. Going to the dentist is never fun. This was my first time here and I can honestly say that I had an enjoyable experience.
I went back today to finish my cleaning treatment. Addison, the hygienist, is very good and also has a great bedside manor.
I recommend Landmark Dental to anyone needing dental work.

I have been coming here for well over 20 years. This staff has ALWAYS been excellent! My teeth are in great shape! Quick and efficient. Every hygienist I’ve had has been super polite and personable. The front desk staff has been polite as well. I am so happy they take my new insurance so I didn’t have to swap dentists. I will recommend them to literally everyone!

Got me in and out in a timely manner. Staff was very helpful and had answers to all of my questions. All in all, great experience. Thank you guys!

I've visited 3 or 4 times now. The office staff is always courteous and accommodating. The dentist, hygienist and assistants are all knowledgeable, professional, and ensure that I am both comfortable and informed. I would definitely recommend Landmark Dental.
