Dr. Young and the whole staff at Landmark Dental in the Floyds Knobs area are AWESOME. I have a real fear of going to the dentist, most people do, but that is not the case with this group. They do everything the can to make sure you a comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Landmark Dental Care is falling apart. I'm very disappoint with the new doctors and staff. I was a patient there for almost 10 years but no more. They cant keep a hygienist and their service is sub par to say the least. I will be finding another dentist. Follow up to your response. I did try to contact you and left a very lengthy VM asking you to contact me. Again no one ever returned my call.

Love Adondra Not too pleased Dr. Horton moved but I saw Dr. Young yesterday and liked him. All staff members have friendly and personable. I love that they take the time to review their schedule before I arrive and know me as soon as I walk in the door.

The dental care was fine and my daughter did not have any issues. We did have an issue with insurance payments and the office's lack of concern in telling me that insurance had reached its max benefit and wasn't paying and that I would be responsible for an $1100 dollar bill. She said "it is not our job to tell you that insurance isn't going to pay" - you are probably right - it isn't your job - but isn't it good customer service? I will take my business elsewhere - where customer service/ care is their concern.

EXCELLENT!! My first appointment was to get a broken crown replaced. This was a crown my previous dentist gave me, and it never fit correctly. I frequently had toothaches and I was unable to eat or drink on that side of my mouth ,for years. Dr Young was able to replace my crown and I have no more pain or issues with it. I can now eat and drink on the right side of my mouth again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
