Excellent job. In the probably ten years or more I’ve been going there it’s been good office communication, good office etiquette, and good courtesy, even through changes, remodels, and former dentists retiring and younger dentists taking over the reins. Our two children have been added to their clientele, too in recent years. Hygienists have all been great. And dentists have all been professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Emily West- I loved my experience at Middleton Family Dentistry! Lexi, my hygienist, was very kind and explained all of my dental needs very thoroughly. Dr. O’Hara answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations on how to take care of my teeth! The front desk employee, Megan, checked me in and out with great efficiency and a pleasant smile. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Very friendly and competent staff, from the receptionists to the dental hygienist I had. They take pride in their jobs. The exam/cleaning had a thorough cavity and gum check, and I learned things about my oral health that was not addressed in the past. Probably the best experience I've had out of the 6-8 dentist offices I've been at in the US over the last decade.

I highly recommend Middleton. My hygienist was awesome!! She was very kind, thorough, and she listened to me.
(The last dentist office I went to the hygienist kept shoving the stuff she had to put in my mouth to take x-rays and not only did she hurt my mouth but I have a reflux and she was making it very difficult for me to hold back from getting sick).
Everyone I encountered at Middleton was so very nice. I will most definitely be staying with Middleton family Dentistry!

First let me emphasize a client for multiple years during the transition from previous dentist to a new dentist taking over practice. I have been treated horribly and disrespected and offended.
Facts, showed up for my scheduled appointment then they tell me I didn't show up for appointment. Bad organization not truthful.
Fact, ask to pay bill upfront after being a client for over 30 years and paying all my bills and they are going to demand upfront payment without estimates quotes or planning who does this?

Fact, wanted to reschedule told they do not have a calendar to schedule into 2023. What dentist does this and what dentist doesn't book 6 months in advance even for routine cleanings? Ridiculous.
Fact, requested to hear from the dentist and still no response, no follow-up, no care! Stay away!
Especially as a multi-year client to a dentist building relationships you rely on being treated fairly respectfully and with sense of normal business practice none of which happened.
All documented would never recommend this dentist because they don't care, they don't follow up and they don't make effort to solve or even make efforts to make things right. All about the $ with no personal care or understanding after being a paid client for over 30 years!

Got a same day appointment due to sensitivity and pain in crown. Care per Dr Logan was excellent. Especially he took time explaining everything and answered all my questions. I never felt hurried. Have now used both Dupont and State Street offices. Would recommend both to anyone needing a new dentist.

Cherith and Dr. OHara are professional yet relaxed. They both made me feel so comfortable for my first root canal and crown procedure, I actually fell asleep! The option of having both done in a single visit is very convenient.
