I have been going to this office since I was younger! I absolutely love that I am treated like family from the moment I walk in. Everyone is so nice! They also will do anything to help such as an incident with my 6 yr old at school who broke a tooth. My sons pediatric dentist was out of town and suggested we get in to see another dentist quick. I called Dr Caves office and they told me to bring him on in even though my son was not a patient. they seen him right away did xrays and reassured me no permanent damage was done to the root of the tooth.

This place is a joke the people in the office talk about there pateints bad they act like they care but really don’t at all my wife has been with them for a year and had an infection in her tooth being pregnant that is very dangerous quickest they could seee her was 8 days lol must be a lot of ppl with there life on the line at the dentist

I call to make me another appointment but asked her if there was a different med tjeu give you afterwards and she said no and She got extremely upset with me after telling her I couldnt take the meds prescribed to me as they made me sick and I proceeded to tell her I will go somewhere different as they would probably work with me and not prescribe me something that will make me sick and she said not making an appointment👌🙄
