As a new patient, I didn’t get any work done just yet. X-rays were taken of my teeth, a dentist went over my concerns with me and I consulted with financial personnel to schedule an appointment. They were polite, the wait was reasonable and they made sure I understood what the plan of treatment was. It was an enjoyable experience.

I can't say enough! I have found my new dental home! Everyone is wonderful, especially my new hygienist! Everyone goes above and beyond at this office. I’ve always dreaded going to the Dentist. Not any more. Aspen Dental is now my forever Dental place to go. The staff is friendly, caring, professional & very knowledgeable. Kelly the dental Hygienist was the best. I was so afraid of getting a deep cleaning because of the pain but there was no pain NONE!!! Joe, the financial person, went over Insurance information & the charges & all my options for paying my account. He was very nice & considerate. Last but not least, I can’t say enough about Dr Redmond, she was great, answered my questions in detail and as to why I would need further work done. I have two more appointments but I know I am in safe hands with Aspen Dental

Was told they accept my insurance when I made the appointment, but they didn't when I came in. Waste of my time, and theirs, wish they would've been upfront from the get go instead of trying to get me in the door to offer 20% off by not using insurance. Poor form Aspen, poor form...

The doctor and the dental assistant were very nice and explain things to me. Also the girl at the front desk when I told her my insurance was different took the time to look. The staff at the miracles store treated me a lot better than the staff at the highland store.

Aspen dental was top notch again today. They are mindful of the patient’s time. I was getting an X-ray on my appointment time, not waiting forever in the waiting room. All of the staff were very friendly and informative. I won’t go anywhere else…..

I had a tooth extracted and some of stitches were put between my cheek and the tooth cavity. Work was done on Friday 3/24 and I was told to use tylenol exta strength for the pain. I suffered thru the entire weekend and called Aspen first thing Monday morning. Finally, being seen after 3 pm on Monday I was prescribed a pain med. This helped immensely, but the issue with the stitch in my cheek hasn't been resolved. The dentist that looked at the stitches was concerned with the integity of my sinus associated with the tooth removal. I can feel a dam along my root line caused by the stitching of my cheek to the surgical area. Now I'm not scheduled for another appointment until April 24th. I'm cosidering seeking a second opinion if Aspen doesn't respond promptly!
