The staff at the Highland, IN office were very professional and courteous. Very informative to my condition. The only drawback I have is that I can't afford your services. I am on a fixed income.

(TERRY BELLAMY) After seeing the convincing commercial that I could get immediate care and relief the same day, I called for an appointment to address a severe toothache. I was given a 3:15 appointment initially, but once I called to confirm that, I was told they could only address the toothache if I come in earlier at least 2:30. Hurried in by 2:30. Waited hours to be seen only to be told by the finance guy I should have made an earlier appointment mind you, this is what time they told me they had available (3:15). They kept pushing
this overly priced toothbrush for $130.00 in which the insurance did not cover. I continued to express several times to the doctor how much pain l was in to only have my voice fall on deaf ear. She then just walked out of the room. Then I was placed into a waiting room and told the finance person will talk over all the work I would also need. When the finance guy came in he asked me how I was doing I replied, in severe pain he said oh I'm sorry to here that and he proceded to tell me about the cost of other work I needed to my mouth. I said excuse me what about my toothache pain I'm in, he replied,"Maybe you should have made an earlier appointment if you wanted help with your pain today." I replied this is the time you all had available. "Well we wouldn't be able to address your toothache pain until tomorrow at 4:00 pm. Mind you this is another appointment "I was given, not by choice". I was still in pain and felt very disrespected and appalled! I was not even offered a prescription to help me for my pain. I made the appointment over the weekend with specific issues with pain and they gave me their first available appointment and this was how I was treated. While waiting, I learned another patient was dissatisfied with the wait to address her toothache as well, 3 hours to have 2 teeth pulled.
Thankfully, "Immediadent" which is a dental place that stays opened until 9:00 pm. They treated me and gave me much better pricing and care that same day. I will not recommend Aspen dental to anyone.

The receptionist was rude and very short. I understand that we have precautions to take during the pandemic but we can't forget the common courtesy of being polite. Rachel, the hygienist was very nice, informative and helpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They took advantage of my husband who is a cancer patient. They have no written policy for a 30 day return. It was never explained to my husband. We are now out $1,500.00 because they claim that he was told this and it is all over there business. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Great, professional staff. They were amazing with my child, who had to get four teeth removed. Would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Highland, In.

This office has a pleasure environment and they work with you to make your payments affordable-and easier to pay. This one doctor does have a ponytail that is too long and may get too close to your mouth. Which is not something I want done. They serve you ASAP to get you in and out. I recommend this office in Highland Indiana.

Dentist only reviewed xrays, never actually looked at my teeth. Scheduled me for filling on tooth we discussed that is not a cavity. Have infection on crown and didn't offer antibiotic and never even looked at it himself. Very poor experience and will not be returning. The hygienist and assistants were very friendly, however was asked same questions more than once. Check out clerk was also very friendly.

I made an emergency appointment cause I was having severe tooth pain for 7 am. The staff was unfriendly and showed no concern for my obvious pain! I didn't get called back 7:30-7:40 am. They did absolutely nothing for my pain just had me talk to a consultant about my options. Seem they only care about money, not the patient. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone

They do a poor job at explaining the way their billing works and it comes off as very shady. Procedure wise, I felt rushed and nothing was really explained to me. If you can, find a local practice to go to that will take their time and make sure you understand everything.

UPDATE:
On my follow up appointment, Julie sat down with me and took the time to explain my payments. She cleared all the questions I had answered alll my questions. I greatly appreciate the time and effort to make sure I was satisfied.

I was scared 😭 for two weeks couldn't sleep thenight before just got a tooth extraction I had crown go bad OJ I believe her name she was dental assistant she was the sweetest she help me through it 🥰 the lady doctor I forgot her name she is bad to the bone excellent today I had my tooth extraction with no gas or anesthesia for the very first time she numb me and it took about 2min to get tooth out thankyou Aspen I will be back
