My first visit. I specifically asked to see Dr. Brown. I rearranged my schedule and was booked. I waited and was then told that he's only at this location once a month and that I'd have to schedule another appointment. In fairness, I didn't have a problem with the staff or the facility but the call center that used to book appointments, needs training and monitoring by Aspen on a continuous basis #mytimeisjustasvaluableasyours

Was a little nervous going in, since I haven't been to a dentist in a long while. Everyone there made me feel comfortable, and didnt judge me for that, they genuinely wanted to help me with my oral health. Got a full xray and walk through of options for my care. I am very please with the care that I received. Will be recommending, to everyone I know

The front desk employee was rude not friendly at all when I went to ask a question she was a little snappy. The hygienist made me feel very uncomfortable with the statement she said about my mouth and she made the statement twice, she apologized but the damage was already done. I waited a very long time for the dentist and she did not apologize for the long wait. Who did apologize was Mike je was very very nice and professional and concerned about me. So thank you to Mike.

Worst dentist ever. Messed up a crown and had to redo it. Then When they redid the crown they messed it Up again. After that they wouldn’t fix it. Tons of Food get stuck in my tooth, and now I have to pay full price to get it fix somewhere else bc insurance only will allow you to replace a crown once every 5 years. I called again to speak with the district manager. They said he would call me back and never did. Go somewhere else!! don’t waste your time or money at aspen!!

I stopped around to 4 different dentists and received 2 estimates that were close to each other. A span was one of them. They got me in right away. I was made to feel very comfortable even tho I was nervous. Great experience for going to a dentist and having 14 teeth pulled!!!😀

The front dest receptionist/dentist technician was polite and knowledgeable with my questions. She was patient and careful while she was cleaning my teeth. I like good customers service especially where I spend my money at.

Very friendly staff. Free new customer check up that is very thorough and shows you a 3D model of your teeth to see what you need. I was very impressed with the tech used and for no cost to me!
