Dr. Brown and his staff were very friendly. He really made me feel comfortable enough to entrust them with my children. My 13yr old daughter said she rates them a 9 out of 10, only because no one is perfect. 😊

I visited Aspen Dental to have my wisdom tooth extracted. The consult was informative, no pressure on needing to get all my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Brown was great. Provided me with what would happen and checked in later in the evening to see how I was. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to others.

I went in 15min early as I was told prior to my scheduled visit.(I had already filled out my forms online prior to my visit to save time) Several people walked in after me and they all got called in and seen before me. When addressing it with the young girl at the front desk (who had very unprofessional tone) said sorry but I can reschedule you if you don’t want to wait! I was in the office for over 2 hours just for a consultation and X-ray! Bad experience as a new patient!

Front office full of mouse traps. Front staff are rude and unprofessional! The one girl mumbled a name she called me and the other girl rolled her eyes at me! All they want is their money. My husband had two teeth pulled after 90 minutes and we were back at 3:00 p.m. because he was bleeding so badly. After we went home the bleeding still did not stop so we had to go to emergency room. I would never recommend this Aspen Dental in Highland,Indiana to anyone!

When this place opened, it was amazing and I would give it 5 stars back then...I became a patient probably the 1st week they opened. Employees were friendly, you could do payment plans and even when I brought my infant in and she began fussing 1 of my favorite workers would come get her and rock her. I dont even think that employee works there anymore. Now, this office has become money hungry. They tried to overcharge me by a few hundred dollars and wanted it up front when in actuality, the bill should've been $100+, not $500+. I had never received any bills from them ever unless I went inside the office and asked. If my appt was at for example 2:30, I wouldn't be seen until 3. Not because they are slow but because they'll take forever trying to figure out billing and get money out of you that you don't owe. Watch out when scheduling a cleaning. They'll automatically add flouride to your cleaning and then tell you what you owe before your cleaning and have you wondering why you owe if the cleaning is covered by insurance. That's when you'll find out that it's been added without your consent or knowledge. People who don't know better will just pay it. It took them over 6mons to get my insurance correct in the system and they had new insurance and copies of the card for an entire year already, yet they kept claiming that I had another insurance company in the system that I hadn't had in over a year. I requested them to dekete that insurance on several ocassions but they continuously tried to bill that insurance company. I had to speak about this issue during every visit, which has become completely frustrating. I hate to say it but I think its time to find a new dentist.
