Called on a Tuesday had my appointment the next day Wednesday and gotten the work I needed done quickly and efficiently nothing bad to say about this office in Merrillville In would definitely recommend to family and friends in and out with a lot of professionalism

Please do yourself a favor and stay away. They charge exorbitant amounts for simple procedures. Initially they say you have very less out-of-pocket charge and then later you will receive a 400$ payment due in the mail. These google reviews are deceiving, yelp reviews are more accurate. A simple procedure such a deep cleaning (20 min procedure) costs 850$ according to them. I am so aggravated and will never step in this place ever again!

Kylee the hygienist was super cool and informative. She was also very laser focused and gentle on my teeth and gums. Best experience I've had on just a cleaning!

The 3 stars are based on service AFTER I WAS FINALLY SEEN. My appointment was for 2:00 pm. I didn't see anyone until almost 4:00 pm. I even got up to confirm my time, because I thought I may've had the wrong time. Shortly after I spoke up (3:40), I was seen.
Everyone was courteous and professional during the process. There are televisions everywhere, (entertainment I suppose) which caused me to think, "How much longer will I be here?" The good customer service is why I am willing to return. I hope I don't have the same experience, when I return for my tooth extraction.

Punctual, professional and friendly! Going to dentists never been one of my favorite things to do. All staff at Aspen Dental Highland makes you feel welcomed. TANYA, the Hygienist is AMAZING. Makes sure you are comfortable and doesn't make you feel guilty or embarrassed for having poor dental practices. Michael, "financial guy" is super polite and grrat at explaining insurance coverage and other payment options. I would gladly recommend family and friends to Aspen Dental on Highland, Indiana
