I love it here! The dentist always take their time, and do a phenomenal job. My only dislike during this COVID-19 pandemic was that the front desk workers were not wearing mask nor do they sanitize their waiting room chairs.

I love the hygiene lady Tanya she has great bedside manners unlike the “owner” dentist he just seems like he doesn’t care however the female dentist was nice and polite i like her! UPDATE: however i don’t like the fact that this location turns on their voicemail service 30min before they close..as i am trying to reach someone at the office right now with a question & it is 4:30pm but i keep receiving their voicemail service with the hours of operation but they don’t close until 5pm. (Today is 9/11)

the staff was very friendly, however wait times were longer than my old Aspen in Bradley/Bourbonnais. I enjoy places that get you in within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment.

Love this dentist here but staff has some. Work to do. Dropped off my lower denture to be repaired. Came back to get it and was given the denture I’m a plastic bag with Solution in it. Was told I could go into the bathroom to put it in myself. Then finance dept didn’t answer my questions nor did she bother to call me back

Bridge was not delivered to me until I pay in full. My Insurance says don't pay until work is done and I am satisfied with the work. They pay first and I pay my portion after they have fulfilled their contractual agreement. Who pays for services before they receive them ? I was forced to pay a deposit ($250.00) before they did the bridge preparation. Have no idea if the bridge is made properly for me. Again, who pays in full for services not rendered? Meanwhile, I will grieve this practice with my Insurance company and hope that the work is delivered to me and is satisfactory or get my deposit back so I can find another Dental Office. Discrimination ???
