I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. we waited an hour just to get in an exam room, then another 15 min just for x-rays. my husband went to get a filling replaced that fell out. the dentist after 2 hours finally gets in after I had complained about the wait. the dentist completely ignored the tooth that needed to be replaced and began scrutinizing every tooth in his mouth besides the one he was there for. then the hygienist came and started poking him in his gums. In all my years of goijg to the dentist regularly, I have never heard of this. they hurt him so bad that he stopped the examination. I should have done my research. please note that the website has a rating of 4.5 out of 5. but if u go to complaint websites, that's where u will get all the dirt. I started looking at them while in the office and had an idea they would try to treat him like all he was was a dollar sign. don't go there

After waiting over an hour I was told that it would be an additional hour and a half.
The actual dentist and assistant were very nice and thorough. The management and policies ruin the postive results of the actual professionals performing the services

Everyone was nice! But I went in with a tooth ache and I walked out with the same tooth ache.
I called and stated when I got there that I have a tooth ache. They were like let’s first take X-ray then we can go from there. First thing you will need is a root canal then they checked all my teeth for numbers...
An hour later I sat down with the young lady who does the accounting she tells me that it will cost x-amount, but you will have to go some where else for the root-canal and that will be extra. Needless to say I am still suffering with a tooth ache.😫

I have an incredible fear of being at the dentist. I felt that coming here I was getting judged the entire time and now they tell me I need an appointment to see about what time of cleaning I need ? What happened to just getting a cleaning and then getting a cavity filled ? Which I find absolutely ridiculous. All I want is to get them filled and be on my way

I'm a new patient here, and was referred by a friend. They were very nice and attentive. My new hygienist there was very nice and professional. So far I'm very impressed.

Steer clear went for a cleaning with my insurance and was told other services may need to be done and I would know the cost after it was done. The front desk receptionist was rude and lazy and had a poor attitude. Don’t waste your time.

Very nice and clean facility. I can stand a lot of pain, and I think a great job is done numbing at this dental office. I do, however, find some of the people that to be somewhat rough and insensitive when completing procedures.

Original appointment was at 11am Got a call saying I could go in at 10 got there at 10 I got called upon at 11:20 Had x-rays taken and a hygienist come in assess my mouth then the dentist came in told me what I needed done
I went in for a specific problem they would not take care of it until I had other things done to me seemed secondhand and paid 500.00 up front. Very dissatisfied
