I absolutely loved my experience. I had all of teeth extracted by Dr. Brown. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable. OJ, Monique, and Maddie were a big factor of why I chose aspen. They all made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Other places were so rude and made disgusting about my teeth which left me crying. At aspen no one batted an eye when they saw my rotting teeth. That was final deciding factor of why I chose Aspen. My whole experience went very smoothly. They answered every question I had. My surgery was on September 22, 2021 and this is a picture I took on September 23, 2021. Keep in mind my teeth were horrible and I do have stitches in several places so I’m very swollen. The first several hours when I came home were pretty rough, everything was wearing off but it was nothing compared to the years of pain and exposed nerves I had prior to surgery. I would say maybe 5 hours after I got home, I was up and talking. I’m able to eat soup but it’s a slow process. Please keep in mind that everyone has a different pain tolerance and everyone heals differently! I love my new smile! I am also 24 years old for reference!

Freekin scammers charges 287 for a 100 dollar electric toothbrush. That bag of junk they give you when you leave... REFUSE it cause insurance will not pay for any of the junk in the bag.

I think the first dentist I spoke to was a little upset about another more senior dentist contradicting his advice and it kind of showed when he was dealing with me. Maybe he was just having a bad day but other than that the staff was really friendly and even though my teeth need a lot of work they never made me feel bad about them which was really nice. I’ll definitely get more work done with them. Not only do I need it but it was an overall good experience.

I was there 15 minutes early and like they asked me to be my appointment was at 2:15 p.m. I arrived at 2:00 I didn't get taken in back until after 2:30 there were people coming in after me going back before me hardly talked to the dentist because they were busy and in a rush I was patient with them I gave them the benefit of the doubt they were very helpful patience is key they did keep coming and checking on me as I was waiting the service overall was good but I didn't leave until almost 4:30 I had long wait times

I had to have a tooth extraction, I was so nervous due to a very bad experience I had at another Dental office. The staff was very nice. This was one of the best experiences I ever had. No pain. I was so pleased I just wanted to hug Dr. Schaefer.
