As soon as I walked in everybody was friendly and kind the receptionist was very welcome and very helpful Michael was excellent and helping me with cost of all the procedures I had to do I have had a problem with dentist and stopped going to him because I have never found one that I felt comfortable with my dentist yesterday I don't remember her name was awesome she explained everything she was going to do and walked me through and it was actually painless except for one shot that I had to get but all the rest of the procedure was unbelievable I will never go to another dentist besides her so I hope you keep her there because if you don't I'm going to have to find her the experience overall was excellent and I haven't been to a dentist in 30 some years and because of her I will go to the dentist every 6 months like I'm supposed to she is incredible

My experience yesterday was wonderful of all the places I've been to and spoke with the dentist and the prices it was a little bit too far-fetched for me Aspen Dental was the greatest I cannot wait to continue my journey for a new smile coming from Aspen Dental thank you so much for everything that you have done for me and prepare me for this new Journey

I could not finish my appointment because I had to wait almost 2 hours to see a dentist. I made a second appointment to actually get my cleaning. Hopefully they're more considerate of my time then.

Beyond aggrivated! My sons claim has yet to be filed. The procedure was done mid February. We've called sevreal time's to see what the issue is and they say they are working on it. I've NEVER had claims take this long. The procedure is covered 100%. We put our money down in good faith, and we are left waiting for a HUGE reimbursement.
