Place was clean and welcoming. Every member of staff was lovely. I had two wisdom teeth removed and I was in and out in 25 minutes and that is including a sit down consultation with the dentist. Dr Brown explained everything clearly and I felt like I was in great hands. The appointment was scheduled quickly and I loved how after I had a first appointment to decide a game plan it was clearly explained to me what my options were and the costs so I could make a decision.

The staff were really friendly at the Highland location. I had to have two wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Norris did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Highland location.

I can't say enough about the great experience I had with all of the people at Aspen Dental in Lockport Illinois. They had so much patience with me!

I absolutely love the staff…..everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this amazing staff!! But let me start by saying that they are professional but personable, caring, accommodating, not pushy like other offices I’ve gone to, they genuinely care about my dental health and my concerns.

I filled out all of the paperwork/insurance online for my wife's appointment only for her to have to do again in the office. My insurance was obviously the determining factor here. The staff was friendly, and a hygienist diagnosed her in 30 seconds with gingivitis (Dr. stated everything looked good?) - she just came in for a cleaning which didn't happen. They tried to sell her an expensive electric toothbrush as a treatment program and an expensive cleaning also not covered by insurance. I'll be cancelling my appointment for next week as we will not be back. fyi, Came here in the past and was much better care.

Two visits, both were excellent. Due to my laziness I had to have an extraction, both the Dentist and her Assistant were great (although the headlamp cracks me up). Kelly was awesome explaining the treatment plan and on my follow up visit was great with the cleaning, I am sure it wasn't easy.

Was very clean great staff a bit of a wait but when you're as good as they are it's to be expected and the dentist that worked on me once he started he pulled 3 teeth in 9min very experienced staff My family has a new permanent dentist now thanks Aspen Dental
