I have had many procedures done at the Highland Facility. Dr. Redmond is excellent at what she does. She explains every procedure and answers any questions you may have. She is gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. I also commend all of her assistants as being very knowledgeable and caring as well as non judgemental. I have several physical issues that make going to the dentist very challenging. Those fears have abated knowing I am going to see her and her team. Thank you for making my smile beautiful again!!!!!

From the moment I entered the building the staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, It seems like everyone there was happy and in a good mood, Monique made me feel right at home, she was so sweet and understanding she even turned on some music for me to listen to while waiting on the dentist to come in, I never thought I would be at a dentist office relaxing and listening to some Marvin Gaye, I give Aspen Dental two thumbs đź‘Ťđź‘Ť đź’Ż

Very dissatisfied with my experience at Aspen Dental Highland. Due to the COVID pandemic and recently moving, I’ve been overdue for a cleaning and needed to be seen for some tooth pain. I was so glad to be able to schedule an appointment here, only to be told it had been canceled when I tried to check in. They said it was due to not confirming my appointment. They said “we send texts, emails, and we call”. I told them I confirmed through email, by phone with a customer service rep (who was very nice, the only reason I’d give this a star), and filled my paperwork out online. They said there was no record of any of this. I’ve never written a bad review for any business, but I was so disappointed that I had to. Hopefully they see that something within their office needs fixed so they aren’t turning away clients who need to be seen.

Got two teeth extracted by Dr. Gutterman, he was amazing! The procedure was quick and painless and most importantly I felt comfortable. Will be going back and would definitely recommend.

They are becoming more expensive which means I can’t afford the dental work I need done. I’m also starting to feel like I’m becoming just another number. I used to feel a connection to the dentist and feel like I was cared about but not anymore. I’m also pretty anger that I can’t even get the work done the same day. Any other dentist office get you in their chair looks at what’s wrong and works on it right away. I don’t have time with having kids to make a million different appointment. You guys need to be more affordable. Sad but I will be looking for a new dentist.

Aspen dental made me feel at ease with a warm welcome. I felt ashamed when they asked me some dental questions like having my teeth cleaned and about the last time I’ve seen a dentist. I did express that it has been over 10+ years since I’ve seen a dentist not to mention not ever having my teeth cleaned. They assured that they would make things comfortable for me, they understood all my concerns. I would recommend Aspen to anyone who’s looking for a dentist. Thanks Aspen Dental I cannot wait until my next visit

My experience was fantastic. I was in and out of the office in no time. The staff and doctors are friendly, courteous and very professional. I am still healing from having teeth extracted with not much pain and a very little discomfort. I recommend this office to all that are need an excellent place to have dental work done.

The staff seem competent, friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. However, I struggle with a certain policy it seems they have. I have tooth pain so I attempted to schedule an appointment via website, the site declined my appt and stated I would need to call a number stated on the site, I called and spoke with the operator (for "new patient" only I found out), she had two appt's immediately available, once she found out that I was not a "new" patient she stated I would need to speak with another operator and transferred me. The next operator could not get me in until the following week!!! Wow, not a good way to treat a loyal customer suffering with tooth pain when you actually do have openings.

Had a very nasty tooth that needed to come out ASAP. They got me in quick and had me numbed up and the tooth out in no time. Literally went like 3 days without sleep because of that thing and I instantly felt better. Awesome staff and awesome job.
