Going to the dentist is never fun but this was the best experience I've ever had. They make you very comfortable. They explain everything and take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. My smile hasn't looked this good in a few years.

I absolutely loved the service. Everyone was so friendly. I haven't been to the dentist in years and I am happy I went. I'm definitely sticking with them.

The staff is amazing at Aspen Dental, Highland. I was told exactly what charges would be before procedure started. Dr Redmond is a wonderful Dentist and did what I felt like was a lot of work, 3 extractions, very quickly and efficiently. I still have several more visits to complete all of the work I need. It will definitely be at Aspen Dental!!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Brown. He did a great job. I had little to no pain during the recovery. Mike the office manager, got me in the same week that I called! I would definitely recommend!

This would be my second visit to this dental office and they are completely unorganized and unprofessional. The first instance began when I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction. They sent me home with the paperwork and informed me to be there in 2 weeks for the procedure. I get to the office and the receptionist at the front desk asks for my information then informs me that I do not have an appointment scheduled even though I had made one prior. She then has an attitude annoyed that I’m even there. She asks who I spoke with and I gave her the information and she begins to tell me that she can’t take me, I wasn’t scheduled, not sure if I followed guidelines to have the surgery etc. I told her that not only have taken time off from work but I starved myself for 8 hours to have this done. After speaking with dentist I was informed that they would go ahead with the surgery. Fast forward the surgery was finished it was painful but I was recovering. A week later I was still in terrible pain so I called to schedule a follow up. I informed them that I was feeling terrible pain and I thought that I might have an infection. They disregarded what I was saying snd told me the next appointment would be for another week and a half out. The day comes and I’m on my way to the appointment and I get a call saying the appointment is for tomorrow (the following day). I tell them again how I have been experiencing problems with their scheduling and explain to them again my situation ask if they have it in the notes that I have been experiencing pain and think I may have an infection and even spoke with the dentist personally and still they tell me nothing can be done and I would have to come in tomorrow even though again I had taken another day off work. Overall terrible customer service and lack of regard for customers health and/or well being.

First visit when I went to the Aspen dental the first issue I had was with the hygienist. When I started getting build up of saliva in the back of my throat. I asked the hygienist if she could use the suction machine on me. She told me "it was just my own spit and to swallow it". Secondly, when I went back for a scheduled deep cleaning it was scheduled for 12 pm. I arrived at 11:50 am and approximately 20 minutes later, the receptionist told me that it would be 10 min. The hygienist was running behind. I waited until 12:45 pm and still wasn't called back. So, I rescheduled. Lastly, I got a call to confirm my reappointment, the one they screwed up (double booked). The lady on the phone was rude after I explained to her that she had the wrong time. They have already charged me almost $1, 000.00 for work they haven't done as of yet.

I had a very pleasant visit. Everybody was polite and the dentist was very helpful. She and the hygienist was very thorough. They explained everything to me clearly.

The staff is really friendly. The wait-room was clean. The equipment is up to date and the appointment went simply and smoothy. Dr. Gutterman took excellent care of me and told me what areas to improve on without making me feel bad. I felt like I was given the care that was needed.

I was pleased with the whole visit, but mostly impressed with Crystal, who did my x-rays and scanning. I was pretty nervous about the visit, and she really made me feel at ease and relaxed. Not to mention, I ate some pretty stinky food after work and had no time to go home and brush. Sorry about that 😏. I was also impressed with how pleasant and informative the Hygeinist was ( if only I remembered her name ). Looking forward to my visit next week.
