I was helping a Medicare supplement-Advantage client find a good dentist. Needing one who is in-network for her dental coverage on the Medicare plan, several other local dentists could not figure it out and was no help discouraging the client. We conference called Dr. Frazier office at Forest Creek Family Dental care and got Maria who kindly and efficiently figured it all out and they gained a new patient. My Medicare client now has a new dentist with an appointment soon. To avoid the big chain dentists with revolving door employees, go to Forest Creek Family Dental Care, which has employees who care. After the procedure, he came out to the waiting room and sat with me to explain everything! Great bedside manner and rapport with our little guy! I began going to Forest Creek Family Dental before it was called Forest Creek Family Dental. I remember when Dr. Frasier first started and took over the business from the previous owner. Always a professional man, kind, and took great care to be gentle. I’ve never had a bad experience with him or the hygienists! The hygienists are thorough and gentle in their work. I couldn’t recommend Forest Creek Family Dental enough!!
I will certainly miss going here when I am no longer on my parent’s health insurance plan and have to find a dentist in Kokomo.

I went here for myself the first time this morning, this is the dentist my boyfriend uses. I had gone to the 24 Hour Dental place and had a tooth extracted and had nothing but problems. I had a dry socket and had been in pain for 10 days. I showed up at Forest Creek before they had even opened and I didn’t have an appointment. Sunny let me in, recognized me from when I’ve been in with my boyfriend (wow) saw I was in pain and took me right back. She’s so friendly! The dentist was very gentle and so kind. Turns out I have an infection. He numbed me up so I could be pain free for a bit and prescribed me antibiotics and some pain medicine. This will be my dentist from now on!! I’m so impressed with their attitudes and work.

Dr. Frasier is extremely patient and discussed my treatment plan with me in detail, answering all of my questions with a smile.
