I went in they said they had to get a prior approval from insurance company and they would call me when it came back. It's been several months and haven't heard a word from anyone from there

So I went in for an appointment.Set up a treatment andvpayment plan for$265.75 for 4 months on top of my insurance coverages. They took an extra month of 265.75 out if my account without my permission. And then proceeded to tell me that i still owe them another 200 and change.. When i noticed the issue and called them i was made to feel like I'm the one that stepped out of my treatment plan. I was treated not with care or understanding instead I was treated like I was trash and they are very very unprofessional and i think they trumped up the services that were given to me and billed me for services that i didnt agree to via the payment plan or treatment plan. I spoke with MS Connie as well as Lana and unfortunately i have no resolution. I've had to report the charge as fraudulent to my bank and that has started a whole new set of issues for me I will never return to this dental office for any kind of treatment. If i could have given them a negative review i sure would have.. People please pay close attention to the service that you receive and that the billing they do is in a line with what your agreement is..

The dental assistant, Jen was great! Dr. Thompson was amazing too. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it, which really put me at ease. No one likes going to the dentist and they really made me feel calm and comfortable. They are super accommodating with their hours. They are open at 7 am which really helps when you work full time. Also, they are so easy to work with in regards to financing major dental work. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone.

I have been with this dentistry a long time (watched it change hands) and I love everyone there. The receptionists are wonderful, and advocate for the patient in a way that touches my heart. The dentists are kind and amazing. I had to get a crown replaced, which is no fun, but I walked away knowing that I was taken care of in every way. I love how diverse their practice is too. I do not give perfect scores, because no experience is perfect, but I have to give this place 5 because of the people. There can be waits, and teeth stuff is never pleasant, but if you are looking for a wonderful practice to take your family, this is it.

I absolutely adore the team at Meridian Dental. I feel like family whenever I'm there. Instead of a mundane visit, we all laugh and have a good time! Dr. Bayless, my dentist, is AMAZING! Bridget, my fave hygienist, is AMAZING as well! They're just a great group of people. I'll be moving to Anderson soon, but I wouldn't dare dream of changing dentists!

I just want to say I adore the young ladies at the front desk. Told them when I checked out today that I loved their energy. They are always so cheery and jovial! Prior to relocating back to Indiana, I would make the 3.5 hour drive from Michigan for my dental appointments and they are the reason why. I know I passed many dental offices, but my fave is Meridian Dental!
