Always clean, always on time meaning they don’t let you waiting and pass your appointment time like in other places.
Staff is really nice and they really try their best working with children so they cooperate with their treatment. Also an adult is always allowed to go with the child which I like
In other places I had to let my children go by them selves, Not good !!

So we changed our dentist office from the one my son has been going to for 2 years. We had a good experience at this location. My son was happy he was able to play while waiting and they made him feel comfortable during the xr and cleaning process. Staff was kind and the hygienist showed my son the tools and explained what they were used for which made him 100% comfortable ❤️

This was my first visit and I have to say that it went very very well considering that I’m scared to the of the dentist! The atmosphere there was very upbeat. Lots of Halloween decorations. Kids playing, happy and upbeat waiting room! This visit was just to evaluate my situation and get financial estimates. There were only three staff members that actually, “had hands on,” interactions with me but they were all kind and gentle! I gave 4 stars only because I’ll reserve judgments until after I have some actual treatments. But I was very happy with my first impressions.

Runs on time which I truly appreciate. I have some medical problems which makes it difficult for them to work with me, but they do a fantastic job! The staff is super friendly and helpful explaining answers to ANY questions. No one likes a dentist (and I don't like to go to the dentist) but this group is great By the time you leave everyone will seem like a friend. I am so happy I found this dental group.

Staff was professional and courteous despite my background. No shaming here. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and worked with me to create a treatment plan that works with my insurance and budget.
Do be aware though, for new patients at least it seems, they are currently scheduling teeth cleanings about 2 months out.
Not a dealbreaker for me.

Absolutely LOVE this office, so far. I had my first visit with them and it was AWESOME, compared to the two previous dental offices I have experienced. They run on time, have amazing teamwork, the staff is friendly with the patient, and amongst themselves. It was an overall great first visit at a well oiled machine.

Reception it was good and polite,
The service it was fast extremely fast, in 20 minutes it was in and out for cleaning.
They do not have much care, it was rough, first time in my life that it was hurt from dental cleaning.
I hope the director get more attention on their employees.
And this help with the service.

I had an appointment today, and it went very well. besides the fact that i accidentally left mid way through my appointment, all went well. they did an absolutely amazing job getting ahold of me. 10/10 dentist experience. 0/10 on my part. if the amazing people at the office didn’t do such an outstanding job contacting me, i could be walking around with a cavity in my mouth and i wouldn’t even know. Dr. Bowling and Dr. Treat are fantastic!! I would 100% recommend both of them (and West 10th as a whole)!! Ive never waited more than 5 minutes past my appt before being taken back. All the assistants have been amazing as well, I have always felt heard and taken care of here. Don’t hesitate to go see them! :)
