This appointment was amazing. I highly recommend West 10th Dental Group. Both of my children were seen at the same time. Both finished around the same time. I mean everything X-rays and all were so quick. They got little cute goodie bags with toothbrushes and little toys that my children loved. I have a 1 year and a 6 year old. Both of them received amazing care. Love this place and definitely will be going again for their next checkup.

The staff I had contact on June 20th we're very professional. In the past. I never filled out a survey. That's because I never had wifi on my phone. Staff are really nice and courteous. This was our first visit. I would have rated higher but the fact there is no privacy when discussing the care of your child(ren). That's a problem for me. There needs to be a better way of implementing privacy so it's not discussed out in the open where everybody can hear. Overall, it's a great place and will be returning.

Everyone at the office was extremely nice and helpful. I went to a difference dentist a few months ago and they didn't do anything to help me. My doctor there at West 10th Dental Group worked on my dentures so that they would stay in and my mouth no longer hurts. I scheduled an appointment to have my dentures realigned but I don't think that need to that done. I am able to eat without them falling out. I am extremely pleased with my experience in your office. From checking in to checking out, my visit was seamless. I have never been to a dentist’s office of this scale, have only ever been to my same family owned dentist’s office for 30+ years. It was somewhat intimidating at first, but I was so impressed with the office that I forgot I was even worried in the first place. The only complaint that I have is there was a woman that was escorting me place to place that seemed inexperienced with almost anything she encountered. I am only mentioning this because it seemed like she was just thrown in with little training and had to constantly ask for guidance. This takes no stars away for me though, because she was doing a great job and the team was always more than willing to help her out. I just can’t help but feel like she needed someone shadowing as she did not seem ready to go it alone. But regardless of this, still 5 stars.
