My first visit. Was nice, quick registration. I liked it, the hygienist 2 thumbs up. She spoke as what she was doing. She told me what was going on with my teeth and my jaws and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She said she was going to tell the doctor what I needed and she took notes and. What I needed. The doctor came in. She looked at my teeth and she told me okay. You're free to go everything looks good. I had to tell her that the hygienist said that one tooth needed to be filled because my previous doctor just patched it up and she needs the dentist to look at it cuz it needs to be redone. Well the doctor says. Oh yeah it does. That turned me off!!! That's the reason why I gave this company Three stars. I could have gave them more because the reason why I gave them three because I like the hygienist, but the dentist she won't be working on my mouth..I work in healthcare and I would tell my patients your not a number and if you don't like what's going on let the doctor know and or move on to seek better health care, the dentist was a nice person, but her knowledge of her work to me and on me is not acceptable..thank you, you ask for my feedback?...

I was quoted a price for my crown...however when I went to pay for the procedure I was charged $300 more than quoted. No one ever said anything about it only being a quote. Totally misrepresented cost. I will not be a victim to bait and switch tactics or upselling to get the most price possible. I will not be back

I waited for over an hour before I was taken back for my appointment and no one ever came to let me know why I was waiting that long. I have another appointment today and I will give no more than 20 minutes of waiting or I will walk out and never come back.
