Jeffersonville Commons Dental

I was very happy with my dental experience at Jeffersonville Commons yesterday. They were willing to only focus on the issue I went in for. I made an appointment to go back for a full exam since I was so impressed with the service. I think I have finally found a dentist that I will stick with.

I have been going to this practice for a few years since they were on spring street. Never anything more than cleanings until I told them I was having issues with food getting caught between my back teeth. All of a sudden they say I need a crown for almost $1300. I checked around and saw I could get one at uofl dental school for $525. They didn't want to give me a referral, but did after I persisted. Like I suspected I didn't need one, just a filling to fix the issue. Thank goodness for second opinions. The school asked me to have them change the referral and they refused. They were mad I wouldn't accept their recommendation of a crown and give them the money, so they're making it harder on me to get a simple procedure done. Money hungry businesses should be put out of business!

Showed up 20mins before my appointment and did x-rays and was placed in a room and a lady came in and looked at my teeth and then said she would go look at my x-rays and would be back and I sat there for over a hour until I stopped someone else walking down the hall and she went got someone else and was told that the lady was a sub there and didn’t know how to do the procedure which nothing was discussed and was told that they were referring me to a surgeon which I am 7months pregnant and she did not know why she never came in and told me shorter than the time I was sitting there. It was a horrible experience and I will not ever return there. Considering i just moved to the area and it was my first time there. So I had to call my original dentist which is 2hrs away to be seen to get a tooth extracted. Very unprofessional.

I give everyone at this office an A++++++++ from the welcoming I get from the girls up front to The great Dentist herself! Melissa the dental assistant is AMAZING from start to finish. Can’t say enough good things about this sweet girl! Everyone cares about you as an individual and your specific treatment and you’re treated with upmost respect and kindness I’ve ever seen in a dr/dentist office in my life. I feel like a member of the family when I go in for my visits. If there’s anything at all I need i receive it. I don’t leave there with any regrets. Highly recommended!!!!

This place is amazing, hat off to the entire staff, from front desk to the doctor. I’ve never seen such friendly and caring staff like the one at Jeffersonville Indiana next to Kroger. They are professional in their business.

Had a good experience here. It was very clean & the people there were super nice! I usually hate going to any dentist, but they made it comfortable. I have another appointment next week too. 😜 they are gunna get my teeth together for me!

I have only been treated here once but will go back. They are very friendly and it is convenient. I am always nervous about the shots and the assistant picked up on it and was flicking my opposite arm to distract me. Little gestures like that keep people coming back, even to the dentist

Best dental office I've been to on over 15 years ! Very personable with their patients and actually care about your teeth and dental future (if that makes sense) I am a new patient and they made me feel BEYOND welcomed . Highly recommend .

This place is great. I have a beautiful smile now. I’m so excited. They fixed me right up into a beautiful smile. The dentist that worked on my smile was extremely nice and down to earth. Im so happy to have her as my dentist. Thank you.
