Dr. Kirchner and his staff are wonderful! I came in very anxious and nervous from several bad experiences at another office. Holly was awesome! She took time to go over questions and get to know me. Regan and the front office staff were amazing as well with billing and insurance. They really go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable. I’m very grateful I found them!

After 15+ years of not seeing a dentist, I called and set up an appointment due to a bothersome wisdom tooth. They were able to see me as early as the following week.
The staff was super friendly. Need a good bit of other work done after neglecting so many professional cleanings over the years, but they were excellent at laying out options, cost, and scheduling everything!

I really appreciate seeing all of the pictures and x-rays, and having a detailed discussion versus simply being told what will happen next. Everyone is very friendly at Kirchner Dental, from the office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Kirchner. I just got back today from my cleaning appointment and I am thrilled with my dental hygienist, Amber! She was thorough but gentle and super personable. I have been going to this office for years and I have never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment. The space was recently remodeled and is very clean and streamlined. If you need a dentist, check them out.

I had a very pleasant and professional visit with Dr. Kirchner and staff. I was very pleased and ready to return for all of my future dental needs. Unfortunately, I too (as mentioned in other reviews) received a surprise bill of almost $200. I was not aware of this upfront or when I paid my balance the day of my appointment. I tried to resolve this over the phone but had no luck. I would give them 5 stars if this issue did not occur. My advice would be to take into your own hands running the numbers they give you to make sure this doesn't happen to you as well.

Kirchner Dental is awesome and VERY professional! As soon as I walked in, I got greeted by name and smiles from everyone that saw me! One of the receptionists immediately told me that someone was going to see me shortly and she was right (not even 5 mins after I sat down)!! They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable my entire visit. When I met with the receptionist, she then let me know any costs and summed up my visit before I left. I've never in my life have been treated so well at the dentists' office but I definitely left with a smile on my face. I'm glad I switched to Kitchener Dental!!

Best experience at a dentist office in 50 years! Courteous staff... very compassionate and highly skilled dental team! Dr Alexa French, Tristan and Amber were so gentle that I almost fell asleep in the chair during the procedure! That has never happened before. If you're a bit of a coward or have had less than satisfactory results in the past, you would do well to try here👍

As a young adult a dental appointment was a dreaded painful experience, and unfortunately not always an example of good dental practice. My experience at Kirchner Dental has been quite the opposite. The staff there is caring, patient, and thorough as they administer the best in dental care. I would certainly recommend them as first choice to anyone in the area.
