The staff at Kirchner Dental are phenomenal! Amber is the sweetest hygienist. She explained the procedure and process for my gum treatment and was concerned about my fear of pain. The reception office staff are courteous and always greet you with a smile!

My experience with them starred with my son. I was impressed he really liked the place and at 9 I had to try it myself. In 2 appointments they have been very attentive to a holistic approach and had a payment plan option, which was nice no interest.
Seams like they all really care, and it's appreciated.

Walking in I was a nervous wreck. However Raegan at the front desk was absolutely welcoming. The staff was absolutely friendly. Very informative. Dr. Kirchner was really nice and made everything he said pretty comprehensive (doctors can use a lot of med talk with patience). Thank you all for working so efficiently and promptly.

Not a fan of going to the dentist, but Kirchner Dental and associates have definitely eased my mind about sitting in the dentist chair. I would recommend Kirchner dental to ANYONE AND EVERYONE! The staff is always so pleasant, efficient, professional, accommodating, and I never have to sit and wait. If you are someone who dreads going to the dentist or even gets anxiety over the thought of going to the dentist.....go see Dr. Kirchner and his staff......seriously they are the BEST. They have set a new standard for dentist offices.

I saw Dr. Jacobi before Dr. Kirchner took over the practice. I was always very happy to go there and the technicians (who are doing most of Dr. Kirchner's work) are always very friendly and thorough. My low review is not for their quality of care or that their office isn't nice - it very much is.. But I just walked out of a second opinion dentist appointment by another dentist for "cavities" I was told by Dr. Kirchner I have, and I feel completely lead on and taken advantage of. I have always taken great care of my teeth, with deep grooves in my molars but I've never had a cavity. The last two times I've been (a few months ago and 6 months before that) I have been encouraged to purchase costly items and procedures. One being that I get a sealant for my deep grooves.. During that visit I was told me teeth looked perfectly healthy.. It didn't seem necessary and was very expensive so I declined it to Dr. Kirchner. That was about a year ago. On my most recent visit for a cleaning, 6 months later, I was told by my the technician that my teeth looked great - he called in the doctor - and he started to examine my teeth and declared aloud I had 2 cavities. I was honestly shocked.. Furthermore since I declined the sealant last time I have "no other choice" but to get them both drilled and filled as soon as possible.. Insisting I get rescheduled immediately. It didn't add up that I had perfectly healthy teeth 6 months ago, no changes to my health or diet, my tech says the teeth look great - but then the doctor finds 2 cavities and pressures me for 2 fillings to be done right away. Feeling skeptical I cancel my appointment they pressured me to get for fillings, then I went to a family trusted dentist with 15 years experience in Louisville for a second opinion - and just as I had hoped.. NO CAVITIES. After examination, they looked shocked and disappointed that I was even there for the second opinion or told I had cavities.
Dr. Kirchner's office is very nice with top of the line equipment and wonderful technicians. But Dr. Kirchner is going to squeeze every penny he can get out of you to pay for it all. Buyer beware.
