Kirchner Dental

We recently switched to Kirchner Dental for our family's dental needs. We have had nothing but positive experiences, both adults and children. Everyone is very kind, our appointments have always been completed in a timely manner, and the staff go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable.

i had two teeth pull yesterday from the jeffersonville office .. really wasn’t the best. The work was good. Now i was told two different prices was charged different amount than i was told really not happy about that, before the teeth was pulled i Informed the dentist that I have MRSA She told me she was giving me an anabiotic mouthwash After the teeth it was pull No anabiotic mouthwash was given the tech said they was out and that she might write me A script, than questioned why I use the pharmacy that I used my fiancé works at the pharmacy, I left the dentist at 2:30 pharmacy closes at five no prescription was ever sent over. I felt like I was rushed and wasn’t treated with care. If I haven’t been doing with this for two weeks I wouldn’t even have got the teeth pulled. Nothing was explained to me through I had to ask many questions after teeth was pulled they couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough. I’m very frustrated and aggravated I felt like I wasn’t treated with care or respect at all. i really feel
like they was just there to take my money

This was my first ever visit to Kirchner Dental and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I grew up not liking going to the dentist and I found myself today with pain from a broken tooth. Kirchner Dental got me in same day and made all my worries about going to the dentist seem to disappear. The staff and facility was great and they treated me like a person and not just a number. I am definitely making Kirchner Dental my "Dental Home" and look forward to future visits.

We love Kirchner Dental!!!! As soon as we walk in the door we feel like family as we are welcomed by the amazing front desk staff, and it carries on throughout our entire visit!!! My daughter 'Shorty' loves all the hygienists and of course, Dr. Kirchner! Huge thumbs up from my family and recommended for anyone locally!!!

Everyone at Kirchner Dental is so friendly and welcoming. They make going to the dentist not so bad as I am not a fan of dental work! I love the fact that they can make a crown in office instead of making the process a 2 week ordeal as I have experienced at other offices. I had a longer appointment but it was great to get it completed in one day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kirchner and I give this office 5 stars!

Dr Kirchner and his staff are amazing! We always feel very comfortable when going. Going to the dentist isn't always easy, but Kirchner Dental assures me that my family is in great care. Our family wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank YOU Kirchner Dental!!!!

I would never recommend this office to anybody. My Aunt went in here for a basic cleaning and she was pressured to buy extra treatments. The dentist told her that it was covered under her insurance 100% when it wasn’t. I had a bad feeling about this dentist from the start being shady and sales oriented and not about my aunts wants and actual needs. The reason there are so many 5 star reviews is because he told my aunt that if she left a 5 star review that she could possibly win a tv and I don’t think that’s right.

Meena was my assistant and she made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I had 3 cavities in one setting and I could tell that she also took her time to make sure things were being done right. I will definitely be requesting her again.

I get great care at Kirchner Dental, from routine cleaning and exams to advanced procedures like crowns. All the staff are first rate. They also give back to the community with coat drives and free dental clinics. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I went to this dentist in Jan of 2021 for 2 issues. 1 for a broken tooth and 1 for a broken, partially impacted wisdom tooth.

They spen over 2 hours for the first appt. Ok, I get it, new Patient...so on so forth. Went In 5 weeks later and get that tooth taken care of. Spent the next several months not getting the broken and partially impacted wisdom tooth removed. Instead they thought it was best to do multiple other things first.

Fast forward to Jan 2022, I STILL have this wisdom tooth. Went to another dentist, new patient, appt only 30-45 min (they did exactly the same thing as the other one). They referred me out, like the last one SHOULD have done, but didn't.
