I had dental assistant Meena, and Dr. English. They were both professional and provided great service. Meena provided everything I might have needed and answered all questions in my time with her. I found Dr Kirchner's office in November when I had been searching for a Dentist that could calm my fears of the whole Dental experience.
Luckily they got me in the same day I had crown break. Which started a whole new process... all teeth pulled & full dentures.
Dr Kirchner referred me to a Surgeon who he suggested because I would have to be completely knocked out. So in February I started with 1 surgery, and followed by 2 more surgeries. It took alot of healing time... still am healing.
But Kim Payne, who is a Dentsl Assistant has become a friend now & totally understands that I am not the norm when it comes to being a easy patient. Kim takes as much time as I need her to, to help get my temp dentures fitting correctly. Her amazing patience and caring means so very much. I deal with alot of Drs & nurses and Kim definitely goes above & beyond to assure comfort is achieved. It is a process to get them to fit, and she doesn't rush me into any of my appts.
The whole office works very well together & everyone is so helpful & makes my visits relaxed.

Recently moved to Jeffersonville and after a few reasearch I decided to come to Kirchner Dental. The staff was very professional and friendly. The Office is clean and nice. The doctor was nice as well and kept asking me if I had any other concerns or questions for him that I needed to address. Overall I loved my recent visit and I finally found my local dentist!

Not a lover of dental experiences, that being said, my time at/with Dr Kirchner was far more comfortable and informing than, a great number of like experiences. I was asked what I was expecting,told the paths to accomplishing those goals, very specific points of movung forward with extraction, decay repairs, treatments for micro-abscess removal and conditioning, were discussed.
