Gentle Dentist

They were wonderful ! I had 2 fillings today.

Appointments are canceled the day of or day before. Not enough dental hygienist for patients.
Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else! This place use to be ran very professional, but it is very unprofessional now. I’m sad that this place slowly fell apart the last few years.
Staff(minus office manger) are all VERY nice, but nice doesn’t help if appointments are canceled and they run way behind. Very inconvenient!
Sadly, I’m looking for a new dentist office for my family of eleven. ✌🏻
*Update- Called corporate* I asked the Ktown office staff for the corporate number and the number I was given was incorrect. I found the number myself.
Talked to corporate and explained everything. Corporate did a check on their computer system to see if I was really texted or called yesterday or today like I was told this morning by the office staff. It was a lie! I was never called or text. Now, I am just hurt that we don’t mean enough to them as a dental and orthodontic patient to have respect and call me, plus to lie to me. Wow! Speaks volume about this practice!

Wow! My first visit was today I was so blessed to be greeted by awesome staff in a very kind and professional manner. Lesley and Dr John were wonderful they explained everything that they were doing and we planned accordingly for future dental work. I absolutely love how they are all so warm and caring! No wonder the business is called Gentle Dentist! It was a good experience Thank you all!

I really trust the dentist and hygienist and front office. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been going to the Gentle Dentist for many years and have always enjoyed great service and friendly staff.
I recently had a tooth that needed extracted, it was in pretty bad shape but Dr. John was able to get it all with a little extra work.
We had a great time cracking jokes and telling stories. I even heard his dental assistant say I was her new favorite patient.

Lisa & Dr. Sheehan are always prompt & so nice to talk to. I felt like they listen to any concerns I have & they REALLY care. From getting X-rays to getting my teeth cleaned was easy & pain-free.
They tell me everything they are doing.

My daughter's needed a new dentist since we moved. They both were a little nervous beforehand. The staff here are so genuinely kind! When I was brought back to speak with the dentist and hygienist, my girls were laughing and having fun connecting with them! We have found our forever dental home ❤ Also, while I was in the waiting room I was over hearing a conversation with another family. The staff member was so understanding and compassionate about the situation. We need more of this in our world!

Everyone at Knightstown Gentle Dentist is always so nice and helpful….and Dr. Sheehan is the best! She is personable, quick, and honest. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, but I no longer dread it since coming to Knightstown Gentle Dentist.

I love this dental office. I have always struggled going to the dentist and now I am paying for it . Gentle Denist has truly helped me get over that struggle. They don't care how your teeth got to the place they are, they just want to help you get a healthy smile. I highly recommend!
