I cracked a tooth over the holidays. My friend told me to call her dentist. They were so helpful and got me in that day. I lost quite a lot of my tooth. They were able to repair it and put a crown on. Everyone was so pleasant. I was well informed on the procedure and given a couple of options. I am very pleased with the results. I brought my 1yr old in for her first exam and to check out a few concerns. The staff made us feel so welcomed even at 7:30am! They did not seem annoyed at seeing a baby and I was so nervous about that. My daughter was all smiles and Dr.Caron and the staff had some tricks to make it a smooth experience for me and my daughter. I chose Caron & Jones for my daughter based on reviews and social media and it’s all true…they are wonderful!!!

I have been a client of Dental Care for over 50 years. Some of the doctors may have come and gone, but I am always treated with the upmost respect, receive top quality care, and genuinely feel that the entire staff cares about their patients. I recently had what qualified for me as a “dental emergency” and was able to speak with the dentist over the weekend, I was able to get medication prescribed for my problem, and they got me into the office immediately the following Monday. I am so impressed and so thankful. Thank you to Dr. Jones and everyone involved at Dental Care. You are the best

I used to find this a good dentist and a 'go to' place. I found most of the staff to be good, particularly Carol (reception) and Sarah (hygienist). However, my view has now changed on the dentist herself. You can tell just how good a dentist/company is by how they resolve problems. I had multiple problems during the fitting of a crown, including the wrong tooth being scanned for a fitting, along the subsequent after care. Errors were made when it was the crown was made, and I had a lot of pain afterwards. When I e-mailed with my concerns and suggested a solution to make things right, I was offered a partial solution. I would have accepted that, but the 'nuclear button' was pressed and I was effectively told to go elsewhere, and they would only provide 30 days emergency service. My wife and I had been going there for 14 plus years and this is how we get treated.....

Caron and Jones dental Care has always been a comfortable and trusted dentistry. Our family has been with the dentistry group for over 23 years. We moved from Kokomo 7 years ago. For five of those years my husband and I would drive an hour and forty-five minutes from Long Beach Indiana to get our cleanings and any dental work done. For the last two years we are an hour away and will continue going to the dentists we trust with all of our dental care.

Always a helpful, caring and thoughtful staff. Moving away from Kokomo didn't mean I was leaving for good. It just meant I was going to have to drive a little further to go to my appointments! I always recommend Caron & Jones to my family and friends!!
