Very Customer friendly. Everyone in the office makes customer service look super easy,while making an often grueling procedure for yours truly a pleasant experience. Staff is super nice like they were born to smile! I love the positivity I feel when I get in the chair. Dentist is super positive and good at handling this delicate line of work. I have no complaints about Family Dental Care. If you read comments like me and you hate dental procedures this is definitely a top choice for me to recommend. They will thoroughly explain the procedure to you after they have examined the problem you are experiencing. All you have to do is accept or reject. They will let you know if your insurance will pay before they start ,but be sure to inquire first.

Was time to address the issues w my teeth. I took his advice. Yesterday I had my initial topical cleaning, my entire mouth. Julie was my hygenist. I explained my anxiety. She was beyond awesome. Very light handed, made sure every step of the way I was comfortable. Before I knew it my procedure was complete. Everyone I have dealt with at Family Dental has been professional, personable, and very welcoming. The office and procedure rooms are very clean, organized, and well kept. I highly recommend Dr.Sims and his staff. Especially, if you are a person whom has had a negative experience in the past with other providers. My fear is now completely subsided and I am completely relaxed being treated. Thank you to Dr.Sims and his staff!

I can’t express how happy I am that my friend referred me to Family Dental Care. This establishment has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company. My first appointment made me feel at home. I was overly welcomed as a new patient with a tour of the facility, meet & greet with staff and various freebies. So far, I have recommended 2 individuals to Dr. Sim’s office. I decided to write this review because I received a “Good morning” text reminder of my appointment that warmed my heart. They really care about their patients and provide them with the best of services. I truly recommend to everyone looking forward to making Family Dental Care their new home :)

The staff is great! I’ve been searching for quite a bit for a dentist for my family/kids. It took me awhile but I finally found Family Dental Care and I’m so happy I took my kids here! The staff is great, super friendly and always had a smile on their face! Dr. Sim was great with my kids too! It was a great experience going here, I’ve found my forever dental office!

Don't go here if you have insurance that doesn't pay this Doctor Top money. He will flat out avoid doing the work or complain about what he gets paid. Doctor and staff are always pushing for expensive, but not medically neccessary procedures, that are over priced. This doctor is first and foremost about the money, patient care is a distant second. Avoid!!!

Melissa is awesome! She make you feel so comfortable and this was my first time having my teeth cleaned without an numbing agent. The entire staff acknowledges you even Dr.Sims gives you a warm welcome .. I will no longer dentist hop this office is home and they are my family! Love them!!
