I can honestly tell you that I never went into a dentist appointment like this one. It was not a simple clean your teeth and leave experience like all the others I’ve been to. Here I was more like I was some fancy VIP who got the absolute best experience possible. Top to bottom every single person in that office was in good spirits with a smile and all of them seemed like they were ready to help you out.
I cannot imagine going to another dentist after that visit and I will make sure that the rest of my family and friends come as well.

This dental office is very clean and I love how the one of the dental hygienists will come (if you are a new patient) and show you around the office from the lobby/ reception area to the exam rooms and dental chairs upstairs and downstairs. All the workers from the CSR to the coders and billers to the owner, Dr. Chanbo are so nice and friendly. The dental hygienists go over every step with you what they are going to do during your exam. Very friendly.

When I went last time the girls were a bit rough and very rude but this time I went the ladies were so funny and kind. I liked their vibe so much they were so just fun to be around. I like this place a lot. They thoroughly check my teeth, my other dentist never did that so I never knew I had problems with my teeth until I came here.

I love love love Dr Sim and his staff. I'm really nervous/scared when I go to the dentist, but this is the best and most comfortable I've ever felt. They're also super accommodating with my schedule and my intense nerves. I feel safe with the work of Dr Sim, I trust him and that's hard to find. Get your dental services HERE! The staff is super friendly and Dr. Sim has a wonderful bedside manner. Top of the line equipment, lots of dental assistants, and a toy room for kids to play. The front room has comfortable couches and soft music playing. There's a staff member at the door who reports you've arrived. There's bottled water and coffee for visitors. I've been a patient here for 12 years.

My family and I have been going to FDC & Dr. Sims for a few months now since moving to IN and the office staff & Dr. are awesome. His mother is as well (met her during a recent visit and she’s sweet as sugar free pie 😉). You’re welcomed walking in the door, offered refreshments, and they have an area for young children to entertain while waiting. Very clean office and polite staff. Dr. Sims is considerate while performing procedures and makes sure you’re good from beginning to end. Overall a wonderful family dental office....Dr. Sims & staff rock!! Thanks from the Lee family.
