Yesterday was my second time at Dr. Sim's office. I had my teeth cleaned there for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My hygienist Danielle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She actually called me later to thank me for coming. That was a pleasant surprise. I was also able to ask her a question I was pondering at the moment of call to get a just in time response. I'm happy with my new dentist conveniently located in my neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and informative. The wait time is low, they will have you in and out! Great service environment. Dr. Sim is awesome!! He is very professional, constantly asks if you have questions and is concerned about your comfort level!! They all do a great job!

I have been to other dentist and coming here has been a blessing. The employees are so friendly. Dee is so nice and helpful. Dr. Sim is the most generous doctor and is very patient with my family members. My kids used to be traumatized with going to the dentist and now they have no problem of going and love playing in the waiting area.

Very clean and friendly office staff. Unfortunately the dentist (Dr. Sim) was terribly rude! He saw me all of 10 minutes and made the visit such a poor experience. I also didn’t appreciate the lack information they had towards my insurance coverage; just a lot of back and forth as well as uncertainty. I loved Jessica though. She really made the situation a lot better and had wonderful people skills as well her knowing her field.

There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had at Family Dental Care. After a traumatic dental experience as a child, I have avoided the dentist except when I absolutely have to go. I just had my third appointment with Dr. Sim and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Sim and his staff are truly remarkable. They are friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. The staff is so great with children. My daughter loves going to have her baby teeth cleaned. Today she was told she will need 4 teeth pulled next month to make room for her grown up teeth that grew behind the baby teeth. My 6 year old is so excited to come back to get her 1st teeth pulled. I give that credit towards to the staff for making her experience so fun.
