Dr. Sim and his team are amazing!!!!! I had a bad experience years ago at a dentist that made me extremely fearful of dentists. Dr. Sim and his team are extremely patient and gentle, eased my fear and now they take care of my entire family. Great experience! They found a piece of my wisdom tooth that my previous oral surgeon missed and my other dentist never even mentioned ! I had my wisdom teeth removed 4 years ago! I've been receiving ortho treatment for 2 of those years so I go there pretty regularly & the staff never fail to promote a kind & helpful environment. I was impressed on so many levels! The office was beautiful and immaculate. There was a separate wait area that was extremely kid-friendly. The staff was warm and friendly offering you bottled water and coffee. Each person you met introduced themselves, told you what they do where they were taking you and what was about to occur. The equipment was sterile and everything was prepared already for you. Dr. Chanbo was soooooo friendly and welcoming and appreciative, thanking you for coming. The service, the office, the staff took me back to the days when customer service was highly regarded and people really took pride in their job. I haven't enjoyed going to, not only the doctor, but a dentist this much in years! When you leave, you actually look forward to coming back! Thank you Dr. Sims and your 5-star staff!!
