Dr. Sim and his staff are wonderful!!!! I have a fear of dentist and they made me feel very comfortable!!! I have never walked out of a dentist office happy and couldn't wait to come back for follow up appointments! I was embarrassed but left feeling so much better!! Thank you Dr. Sim and staff!!!! Great staff, friendly, and always makes you feel welcomed. The receptionist overheard my daughters taking about how sad they were that they missed out on the cupcakes and she went upstairs to get them one. Dr.Sims and his entire staff is amazing.

I dislike the dentist very much and this place actually turned my feeling towards dentists around. They are extremely nice, pay attention to details, and everyone there actually seems like they want to be there. Michelle was my hygienist and she was amazing asking with the doctor and the entire staff. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Going to Family Dental Care was a pleasant experience. This place is clean, organized, and friendly. The staff seems to be focused on the customer, very knowledgeable and professional and I did not have to wait long. I would suggest adding one or two minorities to your crew. This would help minority customers feel more comfortable. Having no minorities on your staff sends a message that none are qualified when that is not true.

I have been hoi to Dr. Sims , family dental care for 2 years or more and I love it no complaint,the staffs mannerisms is a great attitude, as there leader or boss, so try them if you are looking for a good dentist and pain free, I wish I knew him years ago and I would have done better for myself concerning my teeth. Looks out for your best interest.

I went awhile ago and I am just now able to do a review. This was by far my worst experience with a dentist. The staff was friendly, but didn't listen to my concerns. I was pregnant at the time and wrote it down in the paperwork and informed the staff, but they still gave me a prescription mouthwash that isn't the safest for pregnancy. They didn't listen to any of my other concerns either. When Dr. Sim finally came by, he was incredibly unprofessional, demeaning, and harsh. I have never met a dentist so incredibly rude to a patient. The wait time was excessive as well and they kept promising to remove the cement from when I had my braces, but never did it after 3 appointments.
