This the best dentist I have had. I left them to follow to dentist closet t5ohome. What an awful experience. Convenience is definitely not a reason to leave a quality service. I had such high a bad experience I ran back to Dr Sim. I wad wrlvomef back. I felt like a kid voming back home. He is a very caring and patient doctor. His staff are ALWAYS pleasant. They know you by name. I had an emergency and took me right away. They never make you wait. They treat you like family. And compared to other places I have been, the prices aren't bad either. They are always willing to work with you. They will always be my #1 choice.

I've been going to Family Dental Care for 10 years. Everyone is wonderful and thorough. You know a business is great when it retains its employees. Erika and Dee have been staples who are very knowledgeable about dentistry and billing as well as concerned about the patients. The whole office is extremely modern and elegant. I relocated to Chicago and my current dental insurance doesn't cover Dr. Sim's practice, so I travel and pay out of pocket because going elsewhere is not beneficial for my family. Dr. Sim and the staff at Family Dental Care are fantastic!
Edit: After reading other reviews, I must concur that I don't think I've ever seen an African American employee in this office. I do hope that's not intentional.
