Everyone was amazing. I highly recommend this office. They are professional friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to show me everything and explain everything and together we decided the best treatment plan for me. Before I found this office I dreaded going to the dentist and believed it to be a painful necessary evil (lol). Dr.Sims is a great dentist. His leadership style reflects in his staff. In the past, the ladies have always been personable and professional. Service is always fast without a long wait. I would recommend them for young children. My children has always had a great experience and the office provides a kid friendly environment. Until recently, I have had to change due to lack of communication. As the business grows I do wish them well.

My experience at family dental was professional safe and impressive. From check in to my exam to the doctor informing me of a more detail dental care was very appreciated. The doctor insured I would be taken care of, he came back and allowed me to be seen the next day first thing. Amazing! Also when checking out everyone is doing their best of preventing the spread of the virus. Great job family dental!

Today was my first time at Family Dental Care and everyone was so nice to me! I love how warm and inviting the place is. I love the pictures of everyone that they have up. I love that they were playing some music to keep you calm. I was treated with respect and they made me feel very comfortable unlike a dentist office that I went to recently. I had a bad experience with other dentists and it left me a little bit traumatized. I only had my teeth examined today and pictures took, but I wasn't uncomfortable at all or scared. They are great with kids from what I've seen, my kids haven't been yet but have an appointment soon. I can tell they really care about their patients. Dr. Sims is very professional and gave me good information on how I should take care of my teeth, actually everyone did! I was searching for a great dentist for a while now and I was recommended to come here by family. I love everything about Family Dental Care, and would like to come back again! I can't wait to come for my cleaning and extraction and can't wait to bring my kids to get their teeth checked out and cleaned. 😊......
Update - I had my tooth pulled out and I was so relieved that it wasn't painful at all and he did it so fast! I love this place!
