This is by far the greatest dentist of all time. I’ve never shared the experience of meeting someone so humble and straight forward. The entire staff from the moment you walk in we’re tremendously beautiful people. Very clean facility and every is super caring and nice. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. This has been my dental office for the past 11 years now. I've never had a horrible experience here and everyone loves a good joke or conversation (with humor). I've never been to the dentist before the age of 27 because of the 80s movie 'Lil Shop of Horror'. The dentist was crazy in that movie 😄 but Dr. Sim is not. My 12 yr. old son likes this place also.

The staff and the doc really cares! The doc and asks you what you want and listens, he really wants to help you with all your dental needs! You are treated with respect and understanding and I have never had to wait long at all! I am so grateful that I found them!

When I see Dr. Sim I feel assured that everything will be OK!. I think he is a wonderful and skilled dentist. There are many hygienists there who are friendly with exception to maybe a few. I would say overall Dr. Sim and staff are a group of polite and knowledgeable people and they are always friendly and try hard to address your concerns. I would recommend Family Dental care for sure!

Terrible phone service and incredibly rude over the phone. Been going here for decades and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Good luck getting ahold of anyone.
