THE ABSOLUTE BEST DENTISTRY IN SOUTHERN INDIANA!!!! For most people, dental visits are uncomfortable and kinda scary.. Charlestown road dentist has made that a thing of the past!!!! I love my dental visits. They have most friendly staff and dentists. And make it an enjoyable experience. I always leave there looking and feeling like a million bucks!!!! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

If you're looking for a great dentist, choose Charlestown Road Dental! I absolutely love, love, love my dental office! Crazy, right? Who loved the dentist? I do, now! The staff is so amazing and sweet. You will feel welcome the minute you call and hear Gretchen's kind voice. The entire staff is second to NONE! While everyone was always nice, I ended up finding a new dentist because they were ALWAYS running behind and you would have to wait frequently past your appointment time. The last time I was sitting in my car for an HOUR past my appointment and finally just left. They called me 45 minutes later to tell me it was my turn to come inside, and HOUR AND 45 MINUTES after my appointment time, as if it was no big deal. I told them I had left awhile ago and they simply said, OK would you like to reschedule. No apology for making me sit out in the cold with my car running for almost 2 hours....that was it for me.

If it were possible I would rate this ZERO stars. I do not recommend this facility, largely due to a refusal to properly communicate with patients. I made 3 attempts to ask questions of a technical nature, even requesting to speak to the dentist. I have 8 years of experience in the dental field, and the questions I needed to ask were of a technical nature. But everytime I tried to talk to anyone about it, including the dentist, Dr. Mason, they simply repeated to me either how much the charges were or that the dentist would have performed the work the same way the technician had performed it. Unfortunately, neither of those were the questions I wanted to ask. One of my questions may have even impacted the cost of treatment to me at my next appointment. But I'll never know for sure since I never had the chance to ask those questions. As far as I'm concerned such lousy communication has no place in a medical or dental office, so I cancelled my next appointment and will be looking for a new dentist. Hopefully one who will value communication with his or her patients.
