I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I have to say these guys are the best! My last Dentist recently went out of business. I went into Dale for a consultation on a problem tooth that had me in quite a bit of pain. I met with Dr. Heinz who was very straight forward and gave me my options. No guilt, no shame, no selling. Unfortunately, my options were limited to a root canal with an Endodontist, or extraction. He prescribed me some pain medicine to get me through the weekend until I could arrange to see the specialist.

That night (Friday), the condition got worse, and by Saturday morning the pain was unbearable. I called back and spoke to Connie. I said I needed the extraction done immediately. She said they were booked solid. Dr Heinz was the only Dr working that day, and the earliest they would be able to see me was Tuesday. She said she would call me back if there was a cancellation. Hours later, with the pain not subsiding, I called again, again spoke to Connie, told her how much pain I was in, and asked her to please see if there was anything they could do to get me in. The thought of living with that pain until Tuesday was unfathomable.

She empathized with my condition and she went back and spoke to Dr Heinz. Eventhough they were still booked solid (and this was on Saturday afternoon) he agreed to squeeze me in. They saw me almost as soon as I arrived. He and Suzette (who was also wonderful, BTW) quickly got me out of pain (the shots didn't even hurt!). They then went on and diligently performed a difficult surgical extraction.

I never felt a thing. After it was over, they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. I know how busy they were, but they made me feel like I was the only patient in there.

Given the amount of work it took to remove the tooth, I was a bit nervous as to what it was going to feel like when the novacaine wore off. I'm writing this review 12 hours later. Considering the extent of work done, the lack of residual pain is amazing, and would only be possible in the hands of an exceptionally skilled doctor. I've had more pain with other dentists with a simple filling.

Dale Family Dentistry has earned a customer for life. I cannot thank Dr Heinz, Suzette or Connie enough, and could not recommend them more strongly. Their professionalism, empathy, and skill all surpass what I thought I could find with ANY dentist.

Had to get a new dentist due to mine retiring and the one that took over being rude! My mom started going here and loved it so she recommended Dale Family Dentistry to me. I am terrified of going to the dentist when I am not comfortable with the staff at the office. I went for my first appointment here and my dentist fears are so much less now. It started with Jade at the front desk! She was so sweet and welcoming. Then Amanda was so kind and made me feel comfortable while taking my x-rays. Caitlin was amazing even when I started crying in the chair! They both comforted me and reassured me everything would be okay and that they would take care of me! Finally, Dr. Himschoot came in and she was amazing as well and went over everything with me! Even Abbie as checkout was sweet and went out of her way to make sure I understood anything that was confusing to me. They do not judge you here. They see what’s going on and put you on a plan to get everything back on track. I would recommend this dental office to everyone! I am so glad I found these lovely people!

Wonderful service. I could have literally fell asleep during 4 root canals. Dr Heinz is amazing. I will recommend this guy for any of your dental needs. Update: after 4 root canals I was fitted with temporary crowns. Within 2 weeks my permanent crowns were ready. They look great and fit perfectly. Thanks again!

I just visited Dale Family for the first time for a molar extraction. I had Dr. Malone and her wonderful assistant who I'm sorry I failed to get her name. I received professional and considerate and compassionate care and she was able to complete my difficult extraction without surgery. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing dental care! My name is actually Leah Renn and I've been coming here for years. I've seen several of the doctors however today was my best experience. Dr. Himschoot was absolutely amazing! And I believe her name was kristen who assisted? Both women put me at ease from the beginning, made sure I stayed comfortable and worked quickly on what was a long procedure. I highly recommend her if possible. I have to go back in a few weeks for more work and I'm thankful it'll be her.I appreciate All the staff here but the Ladies today just affirmed why I come back here! Thank you Dr. Himschoot and staff!!!

I cannot recommend this office enough! All the staff was amazing. I had a dental emergency and they got me in very quickly. I was even able to have the work done the same day! They work with you on payments and make sure you get the most out of insurance.

I really liked the doctor, Dr Heinz. He was amazing as well. Everything was explained, as I have dental anxiety,and it put me at ease. I will be making them my regular dentist!

I have no relation to the dales, but they are AWESOME. The office is so friendly and the front desk staff (specifically a cutie named jade) is the absolute sweetest.
They take good care of their patients and make you feel comfortable!

Dale Dentistry is the BEST dentist around! They took me in after a horrible experience at another dentist and made fill ins not so scary (they even fixed a fill in done by another dental office that had chipped while they were working in the area at no cost to me!) They helped me with a treatment plan, talked me through all the insurance coverage, out of pocket fees, and were very patient with all my questions. Dr. Armbruster is always super nice and takes the time to make sure I understand everything as he is doing it. If I wasn't moving across the country I would continue coming here forever!

This place is absolutely wonderful! I have had bad experiences with dentists before and this place completely changed my opinion! Dr. Armbruster is top notch! He listened to me, and even talked about cars to myself and my boyfriend to ensure that we were comfortable. I had a filling fall out and they fixed it better than before. There was no pain during and even the day after! Thank you all for being so amazing!

They not only took me in within an hour with my emergency dental problem, but proved to be the most efficient and kind dentistry staff I have encountered. The office is clean, warm and inviting. I appreciated the information that was given to me every step of the procedure. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Dale and his staff.
