I was a patient here for years and Dr Dale was the best ever. Now there are new dentists in there and they are not at all professional, they are rude and unhelpful. I honestly heard the dentist that was working on me go into the other room and make fun of me to the other dentist in front of another patient. He also told me he would not do a root canal on my tooth unless I did all this other dental work that he wanted me to do or it "would just be a waste of his time" he said. Obviously I left and won't be back. It's a shame because as I said Dr. Dale was the best dentist I have ever had. I was and am completely disappointed in these new dentist. The two stars is for the friendly office staff.

Staff, facility and service are all of the highest quality. As a new patient, I received a complete adult cleaning, at no charge, very thorough diagnostic X-rays and an estimate on needed work. While waiting for my appointment, I was offered a choice of beverages and treats and was able to relax in a comfortable and well appointed waiting area. I have scheduled my next cleaning appointment and will be returning for additional services in the meantime and as they have Saturday office hours, I won't have to miss work to do it. I highly recommend Dale Family Denistry

I've been going to Dr. Dale for years and he is THE BEST dentist I've ever had! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental needs. Yesterday 3-20-2019 I had an extreme toothache that was absolutely killing me, not only did they find a way to squeeze me in everybody including Dr. Dale was so very sweet about the entire thing ( when I say bad toothache, I was bawling in the office). They deserve so much more then just this review but anything I can do to compliment their professionalism and the way this office does business, I will do it in a heartbeat : )

Do not go here unless you are made of money and like being treated like an ignorant child. Dentist was rude and evasive about costs and options, wanted to refer me out and did nothing to help me but give me a written estimate 3x what he gave verbally. Also, could not even properly identify tooth numbers. Overall, a colossal waste of time and money.
EDITED: So I made the call back and finally got the person who did the response - don't recall a name or even if she gave one - and got apologies after telling her the details of the experience but this was not about questions on the 'treatment plan' and got lots of excuses. I also found out they didn't let the financial person discuss it with me like they should have. I still stand by my assessment - DO NOT GO TO DALE FAMILY DENTISTRY!

We love Dr. Dale and his staff. I make an appointment for my twins and myself and we are never there very long. They do a thorough job but get us in and out quickly. Relaxing, family friendly atmosphere. They have extended office hours which my husband loves.

My appointment was for 10:00am, I arrived 15 minutes early got in, and had my tooth filled.
I was back home by 10:35am. Very nice, professional staff. I highly recommend Dale Family Dentistry.

I LOVE this place! A beautiful facility with even more beautiful people. The staff is quite knowledgeable and treats you like a person not just a client! Dr. Dale is personable and answers all my questions; I never feel rushed. They are always on time and offer accommodating hours. At the end of your visit, the waiting room has coffee, drinks, fruit, and snacks available. I can honestly say it's a joy to go!!
