The billing department will not call me back. I have called and went to both locations to try and get a reasonable explanation on why I am being charged way more than an estimate they gave me. I went and had my insurance checked out before I went there. As a business, they need to be more reputable. It feels that they are trying to rip me off. This is just not a good way to do business. I went there because I asked someone if they were a good outfit. They said yes. The people that worked on my teeth were very good. I just don’t understand why someone will not talk to me about it? I would like to add that they have reached out to me and now working on the issue. Thanks!

I contacted this office early Tues a.m. requesting an emergency visit for an infected tooth. By 5:50am Dr. Sara texted me. After discussing my issue, she called me in an antibiotic + requested I call the office for an appt that same day. By 7:55am, she texted me because she found an oral surgeon (he was great) who could see me the same day. Thanks to Dr. Sara's caring nature + dedication, I was able to be treated within hours + now recovering. I've never been to her practice but I would definitely recommend them. Plus, I will be contacting them for any future dental needs. Thanks again Dr. Sara.
