Denzinger Family Dentistry

I highly recommend Denzinger Dentisrty. This visit, as well as every other visit, they are more then accommodating and so very kind.

Everyone at the New Albany location is very friendly and they go above and beyond to make the dental experience very pleasant. I couldn't get numb at previous dentists but they have always gotten me numb. They have a very clean facility and private rooms with a tv to watch and large widows to see outside. I highly recommend them and I tell everyone to go there.

I loved it. I was treated with great care. I appreciate the kindness I was shown and the care given to me. I am so thankful that I was taken care of in a timely manner and that they did their best to keep me comfortable and at ease while being treated. I will recommend Denzinger to everyone I come across that needs a Dentist. Keep up the great work. And May God Bless your Business.

Dr. Courtney has perform dental work on both of my two young sons and we have been so pleased with her bedside manner and professionalism. She is extremely kind and compassionate and makes the dental visit very calm and welcoming for the little ones. I highly recommend especially for children!

This is by far the most superb dentistry group I have found! Every single staff has been extremely nice and make even the most scared patients feel safe! The care I have received has been phenomenal. Though covid puts a strain on enjoying the waiting rooms, they have been created to please all age groups. There is a small room for young children, a room with video games for the older ones, then a gorgeous main room with a huge TV to keep us adults occupied. Though the waiting rooms are nice, the wait is never long. I could keep going on about all the wonderful things here. Not only will I never go to another dentist, I recommend everyone coming here!!!

I have went to Denzinger for about 12 years and recently it has just went down hill. The Dentist act like they don't care anymore. I went in for a 6 month checkup and I told them one of my teeth had been bothering me more lately. I know I have cavities and need fillings and so I asked them if they could see a cavity in the tooth that was bothering me. They said my teeth look fine, yes I did have a few cavities but not in the tooth that was bothering me. I came back a week later for my son's checkup and had them check it again because it was bothering me even more and first thing the dentist does is sigh really loudly and say "I guess I can check you really fast." I get it I wasn't on the schedule. She takes a quick look and goes, " well yeah, you have cavities everywhere so that's why they are bothering you, is that all you need?" I said "umm, I was just here a week ago and the dentist said I only have a few but none near that tooth?" She said "well I don't know what she said but yea you have cavities." I just said okay and left it at that, I wasn't going to argue with her at that point. My son also had some cavities that they crowned that later got infected and now we had to get them pulled and spacers put in. The Dentist they referred him to was very upset with how they handled his teeth. If they would have put the crowns on correctly, his teeth would have not got infected is what the new dentist stated. Not to ALSO mention but we are out of network with the New Albany and Jeff location but they have a third office called Sunshine Dentistry that is IN NETWORK with our insurance that they never mentioned. So alot of things have happened in the last year that have made me think poorly of Denzinger. I will not recommend them to anyone.

As much as I dislike going to the dentist my experiences at Denzinger, both New Albany and Jeffersonville, have been if not enjoyable at least pain free. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dentists and technicians go out of their way to make the experience pleasant and are always available to explain the procedures in depth. Overall this is the best dental experience I’ve had!

Great place and professionals working here. I called about an emergency toothache and they got me in right away. Great customer service and they got me taken care off promptly, even without insurance they work on me right away, unfortunately they could not fix the problem in house but, got me a referral appointment for the same day!! Now that's great. I'm from out of town and will be coming back here for all my dental needs. Thank you guys, will see you again soon!! 👍

I have been bringing my daughter to Denzinger since she started having regular dental appointments and every time I am so pleased with the staff, from the greeting staff to the dentists. The hygienists are always so gentle and explain what they are going to do before doing so, which is so very helpful for little ones. The doctors are just as great! I have gone there myself and have had the same great experience of friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Denzinger to anyone!

All of the staff was super nice and made my nerves settle down!!! One of the best offices I have ever been to!!!!
