I'm very disappointed that Mortenson has gotten so tight in their policies that it is no longer about the dental patient. It is money driven. Also, wonder if they profile who they want to service. I will not return after giving them my business for 6 yrs. Then to be treated like an outcast over $40 was embarrassing. ALS

Wasn’t explained my dental benefits, completely, so when I received a bill, called, and asked someone to call back and to explain them to me, I have a 92$ bill, I knew my dental coverage was not great, but I received a horrible text message from the Hygienist, she plus called a mutual friend to complain about me, hmm HIPPA... I won’t be back or refer anyone else...Hygienist only needs to clean teeth, not put herself in a position, to run her mouth about her patient....
