Dr. Wilson and her staff were compassionate and professional. I have always been fearful of dentist and they put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone seeking dentistry.

Excellent customer service . I was a new patient and scheduled the very next morning . Staff was friendly and very accommodating. They really make you feel at ease. I traveled close to an hour to come here and I will do it from here on out . Costumer service, friendliness, and a knowledgeable well trained staff make it more than worth the drive . If there were more than five stars, I would have given them that. ⭐️ ⭐️

This was my first visit to Mortenson Family Dental. Since moving from Chicago three years ago, I've had difficulty finding a dentist and hygienist that met the standards used at my prior dentist in Chicago. My opinion changed after going here. Natalie, dental hygienist, gave me excellent care with x-rays, checking gums, and a thorough cleaning. Her instructions on flossing are greatly appreciated. This office uses ultrasonic cleaning, which I prefer. Dr. Zehnder then came in for a check. She was polite, professional, and thorough in her evaluation. I would highly recommend Mortenson Fanily Dental. Brava to both Natalie and Dr. Zehnder for a job well done. Thanks. Terryl Given

Had a filling come out and they got me in the same day I called! Staff was great and made sure I was plenty numb before starting the procedure. I would recommend anyone to this office, as everyone is very kind, caring, and it is pretty easy to get an appointment.

They gave me 3 referrals of oral surgeons to have a molar extracted. I decided to go to U of L dental school not the ones they referred me to. When I got to U of L the surgeon wanted to know why I came to him when I had appointments lined up with 3other surgeons. I told him I didn't and he held up copies of the 3 referrals and said Mortenson I had 3 other doctors making it look like I was doctor shopping All I ever asked Morteson for was 800 mg of Ibuprofen and an antibiotic.They are just mad and lied because they won't gekickbacks from me not using their doctors.Liars and hare l about money.

Pretty annoyed with this office at the moment. Over the last few years they have been great with no complaints. However, today I show up for my a regular cleaning and they inform me that my insurance is no longer in their network. I understand these changes are sometimes unavoidable, but they could’ve let me know over the phone when I scheduled the appointment rather than having me waste my morning driving through traffic to get here.

I’m so grateful that they were able to see me today. I’ve had 2 teeth filled 7/28/21 @ Park Duvall and have been in more pain ever since.

Mortenson’s TRULY cares about each and every single patient. They made me feel like a celebrity, so much respect. I thank you for your bedside manners and the smiles on their faces which can be seen thru the eyes!✅🦷

I got blindsided today when I walked into the office only to be informed that I have to wear a mask in the office. Seriously? I have to wear a face diaper to walk through the waiting area just to have people stick their hands in my mouth and put tools in there to clean, what’s the use? There’s no mask mandate in Indiana anymore. Two different signs on the front door conflict each other. One says recommended and the other says required. I would’ve just cancelled and left if my hygienist and dentist weren’t absolutely the best at what they do. None of the 3 text message reminders I got about my appointment mentioned anything about masks whatsoever. Mortenson, your corporate policy is ignorant and nonsensical, and lacks common sense. Kentucky laws don’t apply in Indiana. You can do better. I can take my business somewhere else. I don’t have to tolerate being told how to breathe.

My nephew is mentally challenged. I explained to the receptionist what we needed. She said that they were able to do it. We got there early this morning Dr Campbell never looked at the fullmouth xrays that my nephew had done the week before that was sent from anothet dentist. The Dr. Had the assitant take a pan anyways. When the dr came in and looked in my nephews mouth she said that she was unable to help him and referred him out. After that we of course had a $200.00 bill that we were given for absolutely nothing. I have worked in the dental field for over 7 years there is no way that my dr would ever think to charge the patient especially if she did nothing for him. Very dissapointing.
