I just had 2 new crowns put on. Dr. Gardner and the other staff are sensitive to your needs and continue to ask how you’re doing through the process. Normally, I’m frightened of the needles. He made everything comfortable and gentle. The crowns are beautiful and are a great fit! I’ve had other crown work done in the past with another dentist. These are by far the best!!

This dental office has the most incredible staff of any of the medical services that I patronize (and have for many years). The facility is clean and COVID safety is practiced by all staff. The atmosphere puts you at ease with good music and a friendly staff who you can tell love their jobs and work together to make your dental experience a pleasant one. Dr. Garland’s work borders on “artistry” and Shawna who has now assisted in the replacement of two of my bridges has a great touch, is knowledgeable about her job, and has a sweet personality that is soothing as she talks you through your procedure. The “Captain Kirk” of the office is Allison who is unbelievably helpful at scheduling, rescheduling, billing, and answering any questions. I look forward to having my cleanings performed by Emily whom I have become so comfortable with that I have actually fallen asleep in the chair while she was cleaning my teeth. When Dr. Sisk retired, he left this office in very good hands! The attitude of each worker is highly professional and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Went to Spring Family Dental for the first time after my old dentist retired. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was seated as soon as I walked in the door and I just genuinely liked Emily, my hygienist, and Dr. Garland. I have found my new dentist and am very happy about that.

Dr Garland is top notch. I Had a wisdom tooth removal done at Spring family dental, he did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe how smooth the extraction went. Its not just how well he took the tooth out, its also the knowledge of if he should, or if it should be a referral. This dentist and his team, will set you up for success and a positive experience.

We just moved to New Albany prior to the pandemic and needed a dentist. The whole family went, including my 4yo first ever dental visit. The staff was great, they were very patient and sweet with our nervous daughter and did a great job cleaning me and my wife’s teeth. No shaming or guilt for unclean teeth and were very communicative the entire process.

My experience today with Spring Family Dental was absolutely wonderful. They were able to fit me into there busy schedule sameday to have an oral abcess treated so I wouldn't be left in pain through the holiday. For that alone I will be forever grateful. The staff are extremely friendly and Dr. Garland was wonderful. I will be going to Spring Family from here out for all of my primary Dental needs. For having to go to the dentist, I must say it was an overall great experience!! Highly recommended.
